The online experience was pleasant and clear descriptions with choice of colours was appreciated. Also appreciated was the indication of stock levels and free delivery. Card payment was also simple enough. The only criticism was that delivery wasn't the fastest around and order/delivery progress was not available.

Poor quality
I bought a radio 6 months ago for my mum who has always used Roberts radios. It has now stopped working. Roberts have been most unhelpful and insist that the fault lies with the power supply. They insisted it was only suitable for battery use despite the radio having a DC input port. I won't be buying Roberts again. This is very poor service.

Roberts Petite 2 Radio
Needed a quality small Dab+ radio for my summer house, when I saw the Roberts petite 2 I was impressed, once I felt the weight of the radio I knew it would be good, excellent sound and the benefit of rechargeable battery life of 20 hours means I can move it around outdoors as required, fantastic colours available, would highly recommend.

My radio was faulty
My radio was faulty - the battery would not re charge. I called to return and left details for a returns label to be sent. it didn't arrive - so called back to check my email detils were correct. It still didn't arrive. So, called back again the following week to ask again for a returns label and my email address had been miss spelt. So, 3 calls to send it back.

Sadly let down by Royal Mail delivery as it had been opened prior to delivery (both the delivery packaging and the Roberts box inside containing the radio)
