The speed and quality of the service is outstanding.

Excellent radio, looks superb. The sound quality is amazing for the size.

Had an 83i for a decade or so and after BBC and others changed format etc Iand I lost access to podcasts etc I decided to go for the 94L . I truly regret doing so. Three or four (original purchase and then replacements from October 23 to January iirc) all had the same problem, rebooting three or four times in an hour . Contacted Roberts and received the 94i , similar spec afaik. Same problem occurs each and every day or night. Constantly rebooting with the subsequent loss of playlists etc. Now I am using the 83i and the 94i is stuffed in a cupboard as it is utterly unusable . Yes I know many owners have nothing but praise for the radio but I have effectively wasted almost £200 . AFAIK, correct me if I am wrong ;) , once you receive a repair/ replacement your ability to receive a refund vanishes or is severly limited. Four devices, same problem, no fix so no point using :) Rant mode off :)

Radio is very good.
Delivery was very fast.

Bought my Robert’s 95i through John Lewis, but needed a battery so bought this direct from Roberts.
First radio was useless on both DAB and FM. John Lewis exchanged the radio and the second one was much better, I don’t think the aerial was connected on the first one. Good sound from the radio and I like the ability to use Bluetooth and International radio. So all in all a good buy.

My radio was delivered safely and quickly by DPD! The radio is of the usual high quality I expect from Roberts Radio. The radio was very easy to set up and looks and sounds magnificent in our living room.

First off I was struck with how solid and beautifully made this wee radio is. I also bought the Roberts charger from their technical department as advised. It arrived well packaged and was dispatched and delivered very swiftly … it was also charged so that I could start using it immediately. It has a very well-rounded sound and there are lots of functions you can navigate including alarm clock, presets, DAB, FM, AUX and probably more that I’ll find out about, along the way. I’m so pleased with my purchase and friends, having seen mine, are thinking of purchasing one for themselves. Recommend

Product seems OK - 1st time I tried to purchase website payment system seemed to be down (I had wanted to buy from Roberts directly) and this was not clear, but by next day it was back up and running.

Really happy with the device. Helps me get to sleep easily and in comfort. Very pleased with price and with how quickly my speaker arrived. Thank you

A very good continuity to a much older roberts version.

I found the staff and company were absolutely fabulous. I had given the wrong delivery address and the radio was already on its way to the wrong address. The staff stepped in and contacted the delivery and my wonderful radio went to the right home .

Great sound , looks lovely too . It has really enhanced the atmosphere in our workplace . Worth the money spent as any compromise just leads to disappointment in quality .

Just the correct level of sound for me and my wife can't hear it. I see the problem mentioned by others with the wire connection, as it's been flagged up for years why has nothing been done about `beefing` it up?
