I still have not received my bonus for a friend invite, Maria Munoz. I know she has signed up and made successful deposit because we now have a joint brokerage. Ive called customer service with no resolution.

Not a fan of the recent focus on "predictions markets" aka gambling. It makes it hard to recommend the platform to other investors. Expessially new or inexperienced investors. I'm glad that the recent update has removed the predictions markets placement in main account view and put it on separate tab. Also besides the 3% IRA match the other Robinhood gold membership rewards are not as robust as previously. The new tasks to get free money are not worth completing for the small amounts and the limits it places on your account if you want to keep the bonus.

I love Robinhood and their app. Real time. Great return on the savings and checking accts. Free debit card and checks and a 2% bonus when I moved my ML account over the RH.

Hands down the best ecosystem for investing and money management.
The options setup is top-tier; the options analyzer in particular is essential for truly understanding trade setups, offering a visual breakdown I haven't seen on any other platform. Robinhood Gold adds tremendous value, from earning a reliable APY on idle cash to getting approved for the 3% cash-back Gold Card—which lets me spend directly against my portfolio while building my credit score.
The social aspect is a massive standout. The growing community and live, verified trade feed bring incredible transparency directly into the app. It’s unmatched being able to chat with professional traders and multi-millionaire investors who actively share their wins and losses to help others learn—including inspiring stories of people who turned $2k–$5k accounts into 6- and 7-figure portfolios. Robinhood truly lives up to its name by giving everyday investors the tools to succeed.
To top it off, the monthly crypto rewards are a fun bonus, ranging anywhere from 0.10 DOGE to 1.40 XRP (which I landed last month)—plus the chance for someone to win a full Bitcoin.

Everything about my brokerage account has been fantastic and Robinhood keeps giving more and more information. Robinhood banking is also a fantastic product. Seamlessly integrating checking, savings with the brokerage account is a bonus and the Robinhood credit card is the best credit card I have had in the last 40 years.

Robinhood is the easiest platform to use. It's completely seamless and you don't need to be an expert to figure it out. Good interest rates on uninvested cash too. Setting up a Roth was super simple and the 3% cash match with gold is a huge bonus.

Nice credit card that I use the cash back bonus for Robinhood trading.

2% transfer bonus was nice! Would really love the tables that are common on Fidelity and etrade to easily view current price, today’s percent change, total gains and on…

The bonus for coming to RH is class leading and was THE factor luring my wife and I to move our IRAs from Schwab to RH. I even warned Schwab that I was, and why I was, moving our multi 7 figure portfolio. Though they were concerned and tried, they couldn't even come close to retaining my business.

I also like the quick transfers to external banks from RH. They always under promise and over deliver on speed of transfers to my non-RH accounts. Good job.

All that being said, I didn't give 5 stars because I want to see RH support mutual funds and even individual CDs and Bonds.

I don't like the fact that I have to pay $50 for a subscription just to have your credit card. Unlikely to use any of the bonus features.

It is very convenient and easy-to-use platform in which I can transact almost 24 hours.

One thing I am not happy about is that while I got 2% bonus when I transferred money from other brokerage, Robinhood charged me an unexpected large amount as a penalty when I withdrew small sum within 2 year relatively small compared to the transfer amount. I called and spoke with a Robinhood representative about this, asking your rules about early withdrawal penalty, he said he will check, but never got back to me. if the penalty is proportionate to the bonus vs withdrawal amount, I would not ask a question, but it was more than 70% of withdrawal amount and could not intuitively understand.

Interface is intuitive and easy to use. Bonus when transferring accounts is nice. I enjoy being able to trade stocks, options, and crypto all in one app. The Robinhood credit card has good rewards and benefits. I am planning to open a bank account with Robinhood so that I can manage all of my finances in one place.

Inadequate for actual traders (with bigger accounts) and people with minor children.

These are standard things for "real brokerage houses":
Robinhood: No Level 4 Options
Robinhood: ONLY FIFO tax basis
Robinhood: No TOD treatment for my heirs who are minors, so don't die. LOL

Very irritating software that tries to sell you into their high fee products (crypto, managed accounts, new ETF, etc), multiple times, not just one, forcing you to waste your time. Yet, software did not warn me about the clawback of their 5 YEAR BONUS if you take out an amount beyond what that want, something you would imagine an app that nags you about their promotions all the time would do!

So far so good but I wish I could pay my rent with the card and get points for it. Maybe have Amazon prime as a benefit or chances to get bonus points

Love Robinhood! Everything all in one place! Which is why I'd like to continue transferring over my remaining outside brokerage accounts, I'm just waiting for another promotion - like 3% transfer bonus I've taken advantage of in the past.

My experience with Robinhood has been great. I really like the bonus feature on the credit card. I think I'll sign up for the gold feature, so I can earn interest.

I just moved my government 401k to your platform. I took advantage of the 2% bonus, which was nice. However, the online interface is very unfriendly. I find it hard to navigate, have to dig for my "retirement" investments instead of all in one place, and reading the account history takes some decoding and focus. It's just not easy. And it is much more "newsy" than I prefer.
I appreciate the bonus, but I'm disappointed in the experience. I probably will not stay for the long haul.
