With Robinhood you can trade, actively, in real time. With other brokerage platforms it was clear the user experience was based around the buy and hold crowd.

Love the energy around Robinhood Chain. I hope that multiplies.

I recently moved multiple accounts to Robinhood, literally at the click of a few buttons. The bonus transfer incentive to move was real, and the process could not have been any easier.

Two points: The pros and cons. Pros--The app is well laid out, the APY is decent and the kickers that bump it up .25-.5% are a nice bonus, and it is easy enough to move cash around between accounts. Cons--Customer service is non-existent outside of texting; and even then it is spotty. Being able to speak to, or at least reach a representative would lend a LOT of clout ot Robinhood vs other brokerages or brick and mortar banks in the users region. If I felt as though I could contact AND resolve an issue with my account more readilly; I would be more keen to invest another $100k+ but I still have some trepidations about the app and support.

I lost over $1,000 like in a week that's pretty terrible I think this company should let new customers trade with non real money in the beginning to get them started or offer some type of bonus

I’ve had two issues recently. One, an inability to transfer money from an old Roth IRA into new Robinhood account Transfers are only done via some acronym labeled format. The Roth was so old, was held at a mutual fund company that didn’t use that style transfer. I ended up having to transfer it to Schwab. The other issue was trying to transfer cash from a money market account at a credit union into a regular brokerage account at Robinhood for a Gold Member bonus. Robinhood didn’t have a mechanism to allow me to connect to the credit union’s money market account. I did a workaround by transferring through my regular bank and then on to Robinhood.
Otherwise pretty happy with phone app and the web capabilities.

Your customer service support is not very informative. I tried several times to tell your AI assistance about a transfer issue but didn’t quite get it. I’m stuck with Robinhood because of the bonus requirements. However, I’ll minimize my interactions.

I recently moved both my IRA and my wife's IRA over to Robinhood, and the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly. The transfer was straightforward from start to finish, with no hiccups or long waits, and the promotional bonus for transferring was a generous and welcome extra.

Since getting set up, I've found both the mobile app and the desktop version clean, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Everything is where you'd expect it to be. I especially appreciate the real-time price updates, which make it easy to stay on top of our accounts without hunting for information.

If you're thinking about consolidating or moving retirement accounts, I'd recommend giving Robinhood a look. Five stars from us.

Staff were able to work out the issues. Communication could have been a bit better as I was receiving emails that support had closed my case and the bonus hadn't been resolved, but the background ticket may have still been running. Either way two reps said they would email me with updates and never did. The third rep however did keep me up to date and follow through.

I like the interface of the app. It feels modern and easy to use and understand. I have no complaints there.

I wish I could make automatic IRA deposits less than $20 per day.

The worst part about robinhood is how much I get hounded to transfer my other accounts into robinhood. 95%+ of my investing is done in robinhood already and I’m not going to pay the fee to transfer a sub $50 account from another broker for a 2% bonus. If I wanted to do it then I would have done it by now. I wish the incessant begging to transfer accounts would end. It’s obnoxious.

Robinhood advertises their referral system, but it's not working.
I used a referral link, did everything as I supposed to do and now the bonus is not paid out to my friend.
They said: Oh you didn't use the referral link, sorry that's your fault.
Cannot recommend this BS.
Stay with good crypto brokers, not those cheapskates

Just discovered you cheat us on my credit card points, by reducing bonus from 3% to 2% if one chooses automatic redemption to statement. Lame and deceptive. No other credit card company pulls a stunt like that.

I feel like I get bad settlement prices and there were a few bonuses / small dollars that felt like I got shut out on. I will ultimately likely take my money elsewhere, just a matter of time.

Love the app and the website. Makes investing easy! Easy to track the ups and the downs, and the 3% match is a great bonus!!

Overall good, some rough edges

Good:
- Great cash back CC
- Virtual cards
- Bonus on money transfer in
Bad:
- Year-ish wait for credit card
- Limit on CC is absurdly low, no way to raise
- No phone support

What Robinhood is, and what it offers, it does really well, I have no complaints about the base features and what it was designed to do. I will say, that their bonus giveaways and other items could be slightly more organized, maybe sending confirmations when an event is closed and that you have been entered and what days to look for a winnings email. Right now it's pretty vague.

UI is amazing, trading made easy, just got the gold card and loving it. Thinking about using the banking but a welcome bonus would definitely get me to switch over to robinhood banking. Just moved my retirement accounts over and love that they give a match. Would be really awesome if you guys came out with a budgeting feature like Monarch. Seriously though, welcome bonus for banking and a budgeting feature would be fantastic.

I like the all the options for investing money including prediction markets and crypto. The 2% match for Roth IRA was nice bonus. I hate the app for displaying the stocks with only one view allowed at once (like equity amount or % change, etc). When I look at my portfolio on the app, I would like to see today's gain and the total gain at the same time. I hate clicking each stock for this information. This is a normal feature for Fidelity, Etrade, and Schwab. If I could get this feature, I would probably transfer more money to Robinhood.

Excellent platform. Easy to use. The credit card is a bonus add on with the rewards program.

The rewards are great and haven't seen too many banks giving better rewards. It would be nice to have a referral bonus for any accounts opened with you.

I love the bonus cash but don't like the trading restrictions on IRAs. At Charles Schwab and ETrade I was able to sell a security in my IRA and buy another the same day even though the sell order hadn't settled. At RH I have to wait till the first sell trade settles (1 day) before I can reinvest the money.

It’s easy to use, has better customer service, and is excellent for trading stocks, ETFs, and options, although it’s somewhat limited when it comes to bonds and mutual funds. Margin rates are in the medium range. However, it offers a 3.35% cash yield and a 3% IRA match with a Gold account for $5/month. Gold members also get access to Cortex, an AI-powered trading assistant, as well as Level II market data. Seasonal bonus offers are also hard to pass up.
