If you already use Robinhood as your brokerage, the Gold Card is a No Brainer .3% cash back on all purchases, a 3% match on your IRA, bonus APY on uninvested cash, and the 3% cash back from your card can be directly applied to your brokerage account.Sounds like an advertisement, it is not. Would be five stars for but 2021 lives on in memory

Easily the best banking app I have ever used. I absolutely love my Robinhood Credit Card and checking account. The seamless integration to my investment profile is perfect. And the benefits I get are a bonus!

My IRA transfer bonus, the monthly interest rate, ease and speed of trading.

I have suggested various things over the years and you have implemented all of them. Anything I suggest you are probably already working on. I use the platform as a secondary savings/investing account while my 401k is with Fidelity. Angel investing funds are my new favorite addition that you've included. The only thing I don't love is the decrease in hysa compared to the market, you used to lead the market. Now I have to jump through hoops for a bonus. I get you are a business and want to increase assets on the platform but if there isn't a better place it will happen organically. I have 8k in another account and it doesn't seem worth it to move for a short term boost. Thanks for making the best platform available.

this is my favorite brokerage app/account. easy to use, understand, and i'm able to make trades easily without having to jump through a bunch of screens, etc. i've also been able to purchase IPOs when my friends with other brokerage companies havent so that's a bonus :)

Love it! You couldn't make it more easier for people to get into investing. Getting the highest interest rate is also a huge bonus. Thank you.

Robinhood just makes it easy to invest. Easy to research. The interest on cash for Gold members is a bonus. The cortex feature is very helpful.

Robinhood is an excellent way to easily invest in stocks and cryptocurrency. The layout is easy to view and the process of buying and selling is easy and fair. Plus, there are bonus benefit events as a Gold member. You can use the free version or upgrade to Gold at a very reasonable $50 per year.

Overall, I feel Robinhood provided good bonus offers although WeBull provided better ones two years ago but I chose Robinhood because I thought it would be more Progressive overall. However, Robinhood still lacks the ability to provide contingent, beneficiaries, also known as secondary beneficiaries for all accounts types of ownership whether it is individual ownership or retirement ownership whereas WeBull, Fidelity, etc. provide that functionality to all customer accounts. Also of the drawback of the Robinhood experience is that the Robin Hood gold account does not provide for automatic reinvestment of the 3% reward points to apply towards additional investment in accounts, like individual, joint, brokerage, and retirement accounts were Fidelity Investments does provide that for the Fidelity rewards fees for Visa signature reward card, and his result customers have to go through a tedious manual process of requesting reinvestment on an ongoing continuing basis forever. Yet Robinhood automatically applies 3% reward points towards their Credit Card statement instead which is not give their investors the opportunity to growth their money rather than applying it against a debt.
Additionally, Robinhood does not allow for mutual funds transfers to their accounts without selling theirmutual funds, and having investors have to pay for-unrealized capital gains taxes rather than have any smooth nontaxable transfer of assets to Robin Hood’s investment structure.
In summary, Robin Hood’s lack of progressiveness, I know all these above issues because me and other large premium customers to have to move funds to other brokerage houses that have their systems already in place.
Love it! Bonus when transferring IRA is awesome. It would be six stars if i could get the credit card!

I think Robinhood is great. Has allowed me to learn about stocks and cryptos, market, etc. Bonus perk having the app and playing around sent me an invite to their credit card and its my favorite one. Plus the gold color metal is defs a flex. Rewards are solid too. Makes it fun and easy to use. I recommend to anyone who asked. Also makes me feel like I'm in a VIP credit card club. Only thing I can say maybe downside is wish I won one of the biggest prize giveaways :) others super happy with the app and the card. Thanks

I really like the OS. So easy to use and understand. Obviously zero fees & commissions is a huge bonus too!

I like working with the Robinhood team. I gave 4 rather than 5 because I’m a tough grader and there are a couple of things I have trouble with. Namely, I feel it should be made easier to place a limit trade, as easy as making a market trade. I prefer to enter limit orders but often I’m unable to figure it out
2. I wish it were a bit more convenient to contact a live person. Sometimes I’m trying to place a trade, time is important, but I have a question about my account. Waiting for a call back is fine if not somewhat time sensitive, but times it is.
3. When a bonus is paid for transferring shares to HOOD from Schwab for example, I would like to be advised on what day can I move those shares to another Robinhood account (I.e. single to joint) without incurring a penalty due to time since transfer in. Please inform me the date when transfers that resulted in a bonus payout is free of any transfer related penalty. Thanks very much. You have a great shop! best wishes, p

I don't like the push for gamification of investments. Robinhood unduly pushes their customers into options, crypto, and prediction markets. Sure, people are free to go there, but it really underplays the risks that there are to the financially uneducated vrs the Wall Street pros that they are betting against.
I don't like that I can not see all the details of my portfolio on one page. That is, I want to see a table showing my investment, # shares, current price/share, purchase $ total, current total dollar, cap gain/loss on one page. So I see it all. I find it frustrating to have to see current price per share, and then you need to go to a different page to see the total equity, then need tap to see the total equity $, then need to tap again to see my return -- I want it all on one page. With Vanguard, Schwab, and Fidelity, you can see those details on one page. Robinhood, you can not.
I think Robinhood's "FDIC insurance" on the checking account is a bit misleading. Any checking account I have with Robinhood would not be truly FDIC insured; rather, it's a pass-through FDIC Insurance. If Robinhood or another 3rd party fails and fail to maintain records or loses records of my account, I will lose all my money, which is not true if I put my money directly into a true FDIC-insured institution like a traditional bank or Credit Union. I think Robinhood is misleading by saying that they have FDIC insurance, and I doubt their customers really understand the difference.
On the positive side, Robinhood has really good "bribes" or "incentives" giving you 3% of your investment as a bonus to transfer those assets to their custodian. That's a massive 3% return on top of whatever you are already getting. That's a huge bribe.
The Robinhood Gold credit card with a massive 3% cash back into your brokerage account is huge. The closest you can find to this is Fidelity Rewards at 2%. Other cards don't come close. Some offer 5% return, but when you pull back the covers and look at the details, you see that the 5% is only on some categories of stores; the rest is a piddly 1%, so overall you don't get much. No question in my mind that the Robinhood Gold card is the best deal of any credit card. But, like all credit cards, you are making a deal with the devil. You must always pay the card balance in full each month; if you fail even once, you get hit with a massive 30% APR. Don't ever carry a balance with any credit card; that's where you lose big time.
Ease of use and the generous amount of information makes the ap easy to use and provides multiple ways to be a successful investor. The contests, perks and competitive intrest rates are an add bonus.

I like the 3% bonus on Roth IRAs, but I can not contribute directly to a Roth IRA and the 5 year lock up on contributions is a long time. If there was a way to avoid tax on the IRA bonus with a backdoor IRA route I would be more interested in doing it. I would also like to see the option of blocking the ACATS transfer out process as a security feature.

I've been a customer for a little over 2yrs. I have a Brokerage, Trad IRA, Roth IRA and the Gold CC with RH. Been a gold member this whole time as well. Wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I've definitely fallen in love with the platform. The live charting is incredible, love the dark mode. I'm more of a desktop user, but the app is just as nice. Pretty much everything is super easy to execute. Really glad tax lots were introduced recently. As a buy and hold investor, I stay away from the gamification (prediction markets, etc.) just not a huge fan of it in general, but that's just me. Definitely digging the more traditional brokerage capabilities that weren't around at the beginning. I've setup recurring investments in my brokerage and Roth IRA with no complaints. The RH gold card is my daily driver, no issues with purchases, refunds or transferring the cash back to my brokerage. Loving the IRA match bonus, really hope it continues. Was the main reason I switched from Fidelity in the first place. I would have tried out the banking, but unfortunately I live in CA and am subject to state taxes on interest earned. Therefor, I do prefer the CMA at Fidelity because it let's me invest in government treasury bill mutual funds and ETF's to avoid state taxes. As far as what I'd like to see more of, just continue to add features and capabilities that the heavy hitters provide (Fidelity, Schwab, Vanguard) and give the buy and hold investors like myself no reason to ever leave. Keep up the good work.
Thanks,
Jeff
