I totally recommend this company to make your move as smooth as possible. Moving is considered very stressful but Robinsons made my moving day stress free. They worked so hard, carefully loading my belongings onto the van, and then did the reverse on arrival at my new house. Polite, courteous and took great care of my things. I'd definitely use them again. Thanks Robinsons!

Our daughter recommended Robinsons to us after her move and we had some of the same team helping us this week. The team were consistently polite and helpful and worked so hard. We have used Robinsons for our last four moves and they are excellent .They provide quotes quickly and at reasonable rates . We were supplied liberally with boxes to meet every need .The team on the day were extremely helpful, always polite and took great care with all our belongings. In addition the office staff were readily available and gave good advice throughout
Quite simply they are the best

Robinsons packed, moved and unpacked us from one side of the country to the other. From the first moment of contacting them, they were helpful, caring and super efficient. During the packing process, they were understanding and positive all the time. The team also did a fantastic job at the other end. They worked so hard with a smile on the face. It is the second time we have used them and we would recommend extremely highly. What was a real pleasure was to see the camaraderie between the team members and the common goal to support us during a stressful time.

We had an awkward last minute completion but in a busy period, Robinson's promised to turn up at 8am and did. On a very warm day that just got hotter and hotter up to 26c, they methodically loaded and unloaded our possessions with consistent care and attention. Special kudos to Paul the senior member of the trio for his calm and measured guidance of his young team, including how to navigate the twisty stairs of our new house. Everything arrived intact. Thank you!

We recently moved from Germany to the UK and had a really great experience with Robinson's. From the start, the team was super helpful - Matt was always quick to respond, very friendly and professional, clearly and patiently explaining how everything would work. They took the time to understand our situation, which we really appreciated.

On moving day, the crew showed up early and got to work right away. They were efficient and clearly knew what they were doing, especially when it came to taking apart and packing up our bulky furniture. They handled all our belongings with a lot of care, and everything was well protected for the journey.

Our belongings were well stored by Robinson's for a while on arrival in the UK and the eventual delivery went just as smoothly as the packing. No damage, no breakages - just a really professional and stress-free experience. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful throughout. It was a privilege to watch them work so well; they did such an impressive job, and were so patient, considerate, and understanding with us as we figured out where we needed all our things to be.

All in all, an extremely positive experience. We’d definitely recommend Robinson's to anyone planning a big and/or international move!

We stored our furniture and belongings at Robinsons Abingdon for five years and then Robinsons moved our possessions to our new house in Devon. Matt dealt with all of our enquiries brilliantly, efficiently and patiently despite having multiple potential moving dates (two purchases fell through). The guys who moved us in were polite, considerate, hard working, diligent, understanding and generally just the best people we could have hoped for. I strongly recommend you use this company for storage and removal.

Robinson's Relo -Redditch branch- helped us move from the West Midlands UK to Southern Ireland. Choosing a removals company is a huge worry for anybody planning a move. Well from start to finish, everyone at Robinson's was absolutely fantastic! The whole team was kind, considerate, very effecient and thoroughly professional at every stage along the way. Despite this being a complicated move, we felt very well looked after at all times, and communication throughout was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team, and their collaborative approach made what would otherwise have been a stressful move much more pleasant than anticipated. Their assessment of our particular requirements and delivery of exactly what we needed was spot on.
This is an exceptional removals company, who really care about the quality of their service. We were so lucky to find them and would highly recommend them to anybody moving their home.

Robinsons recently moved my mum from Birmingham to Nottingham via their store in Redditch.
The move went well from start to finish. The guys were great - prompt, professional and had everything safely loaded and unloaded in no time at all. They made every effort to make mum feel at ease, despite us landing them with a couple of extra problems to navigate on the day. Rebecca at the office was particularly helpful and responsive.
So, overall, a very positive experience.

Cannot praise highly enough the team from Robinson’s who were so incredibly professional, diligent, hard working and pleasant on our recent relocation. This is the second time I have used them for a move and I also have personal goods in storage with them. Whilst I would hope not to do a third relocation, I would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Can’t fault the team at all, from initial walk round, Victoria in the office and all the crew on the day - all fantastic. We had to deal with some strange delays getting in to the new house, no issues for the team and even brought a couple of extra men over from another job. Would highly recommend!
