Roboforex.com is definitely a scam company. I’m a Forex forum owner, and not only have I had a bad experience, but many of my forum members have also reported that Roboforex.com is a scam and often fails to process withdrawals for its clients. They seem to focus on taking their clients’ money and do not provide reliable or trustworthy services.

Awful brokerage

Awful brokerage, awful customer service I wouldn’t recommend to anyone, not even my biggest enemies. They claim they don’t provide margin calls but instead provide a ‘stop out’ well same thing really, they missed out a large candle meaning that the trade was cut as soon as the candle after opened rather than closing it on the previous one, leaving me in negative margin… they aren’t able to justify it. From there money from my other accounts were sent to cover it. You’re an atrocious brokerage. I wish you nothing but the worst

Good broker withdrew 10k and arrived on…

Good broker withdrew 10k and arrived on my card within 15min, fee was 240€ which is relatively low, someone said you can max withdrawal 10k per day but i think it is 10k per request because I withdrew more than 10k in one single day! Amazing Broker, spread are good, freedom to choose the leverage you want and Bonuses are really nice, I am not a big fan of the interest on margin but it is very low like 160ish € on 11k made

Cannot withdraw money

This is a broker who wants to keep the money of the clients, I have withdrawn money from this broker for more than 1 month but it is not processed. Roboforex.
They asked me to submit dozens of proof photos and other documents, I have completed it but until now they have not resolved it for me.
I messaged support but only received a notification that I have to wait, they are intentionally holding my money.

Withdrawal nightmare

Forget about this broker if you love yourself.

At first I thought all was well and I've been trading with them on a small scale (i.e $300 - $1000 accounts). I had no issues withdrawing my somewhat small funds via Difinex using TRC, even though I deposited using my banking card.

My nightmare started when I thought I had done my due diligence and can actually trust this broker. I then deposited $5000 into my account (the same way I deposited my previous amounts). During the same time I needed some petty cash for Christmas shopping so I decided to take out $200. All of sudden my withdrawals are being declined, i tried numerous times but all kept getting declined stating I need to withdraw using my banking card...which takes 10 days! I've tried withdrawing different amounts as well as the total amount, but still getting rejected (like i said before they didnt mind me withdrawing my small profits but now have an issue since I have a large balance.

Support is basically none existent, but are available to decline my withdrawals. It seems as soon as you deposit a large amount they try trap you and you cant leave. So stay away!

Needless to say, I'm waiting for ALL my funds and then i'm moving to another broker. In the spirit of Christmas I will not use any vulgar language but I hope my anger and frustrations comes through in this review

I will update this review if my issue is resolved in time. If I have to wait 10 days to get my funds then the review is going to stick.

Very bad support

Average broker, but when you ask for a withdrawal, you'll face a lot of problems. When I asked help to the Customer Support to make a withdrawal, they only forward you to the web. No other help. When I asked for a Customer Survey, they never sent me. Forget this broker for your wellness.
I won't provide more information because my withdrawal is on the way and I don't want retaliation due to my bad review. Bad, bad broker. Stay away from them.

Stocks trading through Rtrader…

I trade stocks through R stockstrader platform. Trading stocks in this platform is horrible. Every day into market open, the platform stops loading for half an hour. Support service always says no problems on their side as if I have nothing to do except for complaining.
Orders are very slow to get executed. Stop loss orders are a miss or hit every time. I have had real bad slippage due to not being able to get out of BUY position: sell or SL orders they simply get rejected for 10-15 mins
I have been their client for 12 years. Really sad about that

Não consigo entender o que se passa com esta empresa, já trabalho há 2 anos com eles e da noite para o dia mudaram por completo.
Desde 08/04/2023 que tenho um pedido pendente de 100.000 euros, já entrei em contacto com eles de diversas maneiras e a resposta é sempre a mesma, a partir de hoje falamos em tribunal.

I can't understand what's going on with this company, I've been working with them for 2 years and overnight they completely changed.
Since 04/08/2023 I have had a pending request for 100,000 euros, I have contacted them in different ways and the answer is always the same, from today we are speaking in court.

I am very disappointed with RoboForex's…

I am very disappointed with RoboForex's service. I was supposed to receive a $500 refund split across three transactions, but it's been over a month now, and I've received nothing. Despite contacting my bank, Visa, and RoboForex multiple times, there's been no update or follow-up from RoboForex. I've trusted this company, but it feels like they're holding my money without reason. I've sent emails, opened support tickets, and yet I’m still waiting for my refund and a response.
