I was supposed to receive a free gift with my order. Not only did I never receive anything about the free gift, I sent two separate messages to customer service about this and was ignored both times.

I paid for shipping for a replacement part that I NEVER received
I paid for shipping for a replacement part and I NEVER received said replacement part. You were quick to charge my card, but I NEVER got the part. VERY VERY VERY dissatisifed.

Quick response
One of the stickers got damaged. I emailed asking for a replacement and quickly got a response. They were able to send me a new one free of charge I just needed to pay for shipping. Great product my grandkids love building them.
