My package was running extremely late

My package was running extremely late. FedEx held it in one location for 2 plus weeks, and it was assumed lost. I reached out regarding the issue Responses were prompt and helpful. I was offered a refund or a new kit. Once I received my original kit, I emailed to advise I would not need a replacement, and was told I can keep the replacement as well because of the troubles. Not only are Robotimes products superior to others with quality materials, and easy to understand instructions, but their customer service is superior as well.

Have not received my coffee factory yet…

Have not received my coffee factory yet m. It was meant to be delivered on 15th to 22nd April. Now apparently it’s 15th May before it comes to the factory and then it still has to be delivered to Menorca. Very disappointed. Am not receiving any updates????

The final product was really great

The final product was really great. Glad there were extra parts as several parts broke just taking them off the sheets of wood. Had to use some glue a couple of times.

I enjoyed the build!

I was supposed to receive a free gift…

I was supposed to receive a free gift with my order. Not only did I never receive anything about the free gift, I sent two separate messages to customer service about this and was ignored both times.
