Like everyone else has complained, my situation is similar. They have a non-existent return/refund policy even if the product is unused and unopened.

This seems to be a fly-by-night website.

Not refunding the amount, product was undelivered and it got sent back, not they hold payment for more than 10 days, Customer care number has a long queue to get response

Very good service. The sensor I was looking was out in stock. They replied to me within hours for my mail and was restocked immediately. Trust worthy!

Always deliever as expected and on time. No issue with the components recieved.

I purchased few components from Robu.in.
This is truly trustworthy company. They are prompt to respond and send you email and WhatsApp msgs if packing and tracking information.

Ordered a PCB manufacturing service on Robu They took 1 month inspite of multiple emails to deliver. They refused cancellation. The stuff was good, but, I couldn't meet my delivery deadline. So if you need a PCB delivered on time, please keep this is mind.

Genuine and good service. fast delivery and good quality products and packaging.

I don't know what all the 1 star reviews are all about. I literally use this shopping app for all my college project needs at least once a month. It's reliable, well priced, delivers on time, good quality what you see is what you get store. Everything you see on their store comes as is in a quality packaging, and theyre even so kind to pack delicate components in dedicated packages. I trust robu 100%

Return policy is worst.
By looking at the displayed image I ordered, so it was not up to the mark.
So I want to return and upgrade - I told I will pay more amount and upgrade......but they didnt take,.
In website they will display exchange is there, but LOT OF CONDITIONS.

I ordered 4 times in the last 2 months, Received the right product as described in the listing and on-time delivery. I always got prompt SMS on the next day of order for despatch details.
I reviewed based on my experience with robu.in. I had a bad experience with a similar online site electronicscomp.com, so I wanted to appreciate this site for their promptness.

Have purchased many products from here and has been good experience till date. A bit expensive than their competitors and many products are out of stock, unfortunately cannot filter the out of stock products from the search, due to which takes too much time finding the required product. Overall good experience till now.

The refund amount for my Cancelled order payment of ₹3049 delayed beyond promised date.Called them, they told me to email.The 1st two female email support team were very unprofessional.They behaved like as they don't care,Copy pasted answers(FAQ) were provided.(as usual on most cases i have faced in life)(I am not a misogynist btw).Finally connected to a gentle professional male support guy.He advised me to write a mail to payment gateway Razorpay. There after within 48hrs I received refund.

I have made many purchases from Robu.in and have generally been satisfied. However, I faced an issue during a recent purchase. One of the items was not fully explained in the description, so I wanted to return it. Initially, one of their representatives agreed to the return, but later another representative said it couldn't be done.

This has caused unnecessary loss of time and energy. Despite claiming to be customer-friendly, this experience does not reflect good customer support.

Very dissatisfied with customer service, not letting me to login to the customer service portal to raise complaints. Now, end of the financial year and blocking the customer to claim the refund. Playing dirty tricks. My customer portal is blocked by them, not letting me to receive my refund.

Do not buy anything too expensive from this website. While their collection, price and shipping is incomparable, their customer care and return policy is a joke.
Basically, what you got delivered is completely final. No returns or refunds or anything. They will outright claim that you are lying about recieving a defective product.

Never buy expensive products from this site, they do not provide replacement and refund, i have purchased lifepo4 charger 4,500₹ it stops after few minutes of start. I have been in this profession for 6 years and know about charger-discharge curve. But they told product is ok we can't replace or refund. Such a bad service. There are plenty of websites don't use robu.in, they are not good at all.

Overall nice experience. I have been ordering from them since past one year and for the most part the delivery, quality and other processes have been satisfactory. Recommended.

Impressed on their product package. Nice boxed packing even for a cable. Keep it up guys.
