The experience was fast and easy from start to finish. My loan agent Brian Cook was great and understood my needs. My notary agent at closing was professional and explained all of the final details.

It was very easy, I knew what was happening every step of the way.

Our Advisor was great to work with and very helpful; however, there were a lot of things at the end of the journey that I feel should have been completed earlier on. We did not know until 2 weeks before Closing that we needed an inspection for insurance, our own insurance policy written before signing, a property appraisal and a property survey. Each of these added up to a higher mortgage; some were out of pocket. The day before Closing we found out we had to provide a Closing Fee when we did not expect to do so.
While the people were all patient & helpful, the procedures should be restructured to prevent unnecessary stress at the end of what is already a challenging time.

Will be closing in person next week! 0 for 2 online with Rocket Close. First try, a document was incorrect. A week later, second try, after 3+ hours on the phone the morning of our online closing because pre-sign wasn’t working, started online close and notary said only one document was in closing package. Gave you one star because zero stars wasn’t an option. Other than that, you guys were great!

Very smooth and easy

Customer service was fantastic. Everyone was kind, respectful and solved any issue within one phone call. The electronic notary signing was our only issue. Wish we could have had an in-person notary the first time instead of having to reschedule for in-person. Even with tat small delay, we will recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone.

I honestly thought that owning a home was just not going to be possible for me. I have a lot of student loan debt and I know nothing about mortgage rates or realtors. When I tried Rocket Mortgage I was completely amazed how friendly and helpful everyone was. The whole process was online which was wonderful because I work full time and have a family. I was able to text, email, and use the app at my convenience. Every step of the way was explained thoroughly and when it came time to sign papers for the closing- the closing agent even came to my workplace by request so I didn’t have to take time off work. I am super grateful and very pleased with the entire experience- and now I can finally say I am a homeowner!!
