DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE - ALL devices kept getting dropped, TV's "paused" & "hour glassed" many times per hour. YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A PERSON, you're forced to chat with a BOT, how do you "chat" if your internet is down ??? THEY SUCK

Internet has cut out already a couple of times and there is no communication from Rocket-fibre. They work "9-5 " so there is no point calling them out of hours... Have sent several emails. No response. When things work it's ok, but when not, very poor service. I hope this can be fixed in the future.

Internet cuts out for a few hours once a week. They claim no responsibility and blame the ofnl fibre lines which they rent. Did I get a refund for the hours of no connectivity? No.

Fantastic service today, I am a residential owner, our internet dropped off and consequently with my non tech savvy self unable to sort (despite help from customer services) and husband currently unwell in hospital. Unable to sort this myself and feeling very lost, Rocket Fibre network to the rescue via Tom. What a Gent, fixed and sorted within hours and at short notice. So grateful for the goodwill support supplied when things have been rough last 2/3days.

I normally refrain from posting reviews online. In fact this is the first I have ever done which shows how bad this company is. (Giving 1 star as it wouldn’t let me post the review without giving a star).

I’m a new customer and have been with RocketFibre for 3 months. On the phone I was told if my internet is that bad and slow I would need to buy a premium router. I have spoken with a few other customers online in reply to there reviews and everyone has said how shocking they are. By far the worst wifi provider I have used. Unfortunately I couldn’t use BT or Virgin etc as my our house is a new build in a development. We had to go with RocketFibre and we now regret every decision. To put it politely, we would probably be better off using a calculator for our wifi. We are fixed in on a contract for 12 months meaning if we leave we have to pay the remainder off. Customer service is nowhere to be seen and if you do ring them with a problem, they just try and tell you to buy more things like boosters and routers which still don’t work. Shocking company, shocking service and please AVOID I wouldn’t want anyone to be put through the horror show that we have endured.

I have moved to Rocket Fibre from another provider and got a more competitive price and a higher speed. As I opted for my own router, their staff helped me to set it up remotedly, so now I am enjoying my internet with a better value!
