I used this service as an emergency to collect my daughter's passport from home to deliver it to her at the airport. As you can imagine, we were frantic with worry that she would miss her flight but the guy on the phone promised it would be collected within the hour and get to her in plenty of time. The driver actually arrived in 35 minutes and got it to her at the drop off point without any fuss. Absolutely brilliant service that I would definitely use again but hope never to need to!

Please do not use this company because they don’t have any own drivers they’re using CX and very very unprofessional unreliable unavailable uneducated don’t know what we’re talking not insured.
If you want your goods to arrive on time and good condition please totally ignore this company.

The company transported a delicate Christmas item from the West of Scotland to Lancashire.
All the arrangements were smooth and easy.
Adrian was very helpful and absolutely as good as his word.

I've never used a same day D2D courier before, but if they are all as good as Adrian and Rock Solid Deliveries, then what a service indeed....

I requested a courier to collect and deliver a new sofa. The courier arrived right on time, was polite, helpful and efficient, and even helped me move the old sofa out of my living room. A very reasonable price, too. Highly recommend!

Very polite and friendly driver (Sam), arrived early and waited until the items were ready to collect at the specified time. He let me see that the items were carefully packed in the van (fragile cakes!) and I felt assured that they would be handled properly. Arrived in a timely fashion and a well priced service. Reviewing again as what could have been a one time job has now become a regular supplier of ours.

We use Adrian/RockSolid for all our urgent deliveries, that could be a shoe box one time to a 400kg pallet the next time. What ever we have to send i can honestly trust that we will have a driver with us within 60mins and the delivery with be done as requested.

The drivers are always more than helpful. Our sites always require the driver to call our site contact when they have arrived and this happens without fail.
