I’m really happy with my wedding ring, the way it looks and the affordable price. Waiting forever for a return and a restock.
I ordered a ring which arrived (not quite as quick as they said it would but hey ho). Ring was too big. I emailed to let them know and they said hang onto the Ri g and we will send out a size down next day. I waited. A week or so later I emailed and was told it was out of stock but I will get it next week. I waited. And waited. I emailed again and asked about ring and return envelope fonoriginal ring. Was told they would send return envelope a that the ring was still out of stock. Despite being told it would be there the following week when I previously emailed. It’s now weeks past. No envelope received to return the ring. No sign of a new ring. And to be honest their “tone” in the email is not good. I’m not impressed with the customer care at all. I now have a ring that is too big however I wore it to an event as I feel bare without my wedding ring. And I feel it’s tarnished already. It was a beautiful rose gold colour. Not it appears yellowy gold. Would definitely not recommend or use this company again. Sad as I thought their rings looked beautiful.

Rock solid rings have saved my bacon a few times after losing my wedding ring on 3 separate occasions! The first an hour after the wedding ceremony.....I am now currently on my 4th ring in 18 months
My wife is still on only her 1st
The rings are always of excellent quality & the customer service is excellent.
