From ordering to recieving our rings, the service was excellent. The rings are beautiful, we ordered a size U for my partner after using a ring sizer, but it was a little big, so we exchanged it for a smaller size and we received the new ring within 2 days. We ordered matching wedding rings with engraving. When they arrived one of them was too big so I emailed the company. They sent out a replacement ring a size smaller with engraving at no extra charge. The replacement fitted perfectly. I couldn’t have asked for more from them their customer service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company who put customers first.
