I have been looking for a silver and blue band ring in this style for about 20 years! At last I found it with you. I needed a ring sizer, it arrived the next day. I measured and immediately ordered my ring which arrived 2 days later. Perfect fit in beautiful packaging. I put it on and felt calmness wash over me. Ordered this ring on line. Fabulous choice of rings at great prices. I Wanted something plain, simple, and hard wearing as my original wedding ring is quite ornate and is starting to become damaged. The ordering process was incredibly simple, and the price for our dual ring set was fantastic value. Delivery was quick and everything arrived exactly as expected.

Unfortunately, we realised that we had mis-sized our rings, completely our own mistake, but the customer service we received afterwards was exceptional. Rock Solid Rings sent replacement sizes out to us while allowing us to keep the original rings so we could properly try on different sizes at home. Once we confirmed the correct fit, we simply returned the incorrect rings using a prepaid envelope, meaning there was no additional cost or inconvenience at all.

The whole process was seamless, stress-free, and genuinely customer-focused.

The quality of the rings themselves has exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. They feel beautifully made, high quality, and we truly couldn’t be happier with them.
