I ordered from eu.getrockwell.com…SCAM: "EU Store" ships from Canada. Double taxation and ZERO support.
I ordered from eu.getrockwell.com because they claim to ship from within the EU (NL). This is a BLATANT LIE. My order was shipped from Canada, resulting in double taxation (VAT). Even though I paid VAT at checkout, customs blocked the package because Rockwell failed to provide the IOSS code.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a ghost town. No replies to emails, no one picks up the phone. It is a complete bait-and-switch operation. If I hadn't used PayPal, I would have lost my money or paid double for the razor.
If you are in Europe, DO NOT buy from their official 'EU' site. They are unprofessional amateurs. Buy from real European vendors
