I am really frustrated with Rogers…
I am really frustrated with Rogers recently! Trying to pay off my phone (because I was leasing it) and I want to own it, so I need to talk to an agent. I've called the past three days. The first day I was on hold for 1.5 hours so I had to go. Called again and they hung up on me saying they were experiencing call volumes that were too high. And the same thing has happened the past two days as well. I can't understand how this is ok...
Rogers PATHETIC internet service ever in this…
Most PATHETIC service ever in this country. Internet is down in Vaughan every other week and takes them all day and many many hours to fix it with 0 communication. The bad service is an understatement for a big service provider for this country. These hours of unnecessary outages costs us time and pay as we can’t work at all. And rogers doesn’t think it’s necessary to communicate it and urgently fix it but charge an arm
And a leg on fees
Worst company I have ever had
Worst company I have ever had. Terrible customer service and lost my SIM cards in the mail ended up staying with Telus for my cell service. Internet service is terrible it’s been down for over 12 hours without any update. Would never recommend them for anything. Also internet is slower and way less reliable than Telus
I’d give them a zero if it was…
I’d give them a zero if it was available. My internet went down and they can’t or won’t come for 6 days to repair it. Absolutely the worst customer service. They’ve replaced humans with AI. Wait times on the phone to get any assistance is over an hour at best. Honestly just aother money grubbing capitalist company 🤬
Im pissed that you took my radio…
Im pissed that you took my radio station 570 news off air this is how thousands of us in the kitchener waterloo area got our daily news and traffic reports I. So disappointed that you are letting the liberals do this to our stations I seriously think you should back track before people start boycotting your company I at this moment am looking for a new company and as soon as I find one I will be done with your services
I never thought that Rogers had such a…
I never thought that Rogers had such a rude attitude customer service. Very disappointed actually if you are with Rogers and the agent is from Montreal hang up and save a very disappointed time . Awful actually am charging to Bell they treated me with respect and understanding
weak wireless network in my 3d floor appartment (Montreal)
To make story short, I went through 3 technicians to resolve the weakness of the wireless signal in my apartment. the last one just told me that was normal in that in my contract the 5G network speed was JUST 50mb/s (which was actually 200mb/s). So I just went back to Bell Canada
Loss of Media networks
Just found out today Rogers has cancelled and shut down multiple radio and broadcasting networks because of financial issues. Your saying a company that basically dominates communication networks can't keep some radio shows open. Boo.
Also switched from them after being a loyal customer for 20 years with my cell phone simply because they couldn't lower my bill. The moment I cancelled suddenly they had a cheaper plan available hmm ok ya no!
Awful,awful
Awful,awful
When my contract is done I am done with Rogers. Never, never again.
Dropped calls, associates were not able to access my contract. Trouble understanding their spoken English. Rude.Dismissive. Long holds
It's a circus.
Most difficult place to communicate
Most difficult place to communicate. Spent an hour on hold to be told to call someone else as they can’t help me. Called the other number and was told I have to speak with 1 st number as it is their part to deal with . 2h on the phone and zero was accomplished. Impossible to communicate with.
It is just too bad nothing will be done as Rogers don’t care. Unfortunately leaving is not an option as there is no competition and they know it.
Worst customer experience ever
Worst customer experience ever. First, they pushed me to get the new Nokia Modem. It doesn't work, and I don't have support available. I have been on the phone for at least 10 hours for three days, and I keep getting the message "Please call later." after going through their IVR and all useless authentication questions. idiots using AI and getting rid of 100s of people, and now the entire Rogers support has been failing for weeks now.
Worst Call Answer Time Ever! Unacceptable!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Nobody should have to wait on the phone for over an hour to even speak to someone from Rogers customer service. I just signed on to a bundle cell/home internet/come wave TV. I am trying to inquire about when I can have internet installed (it's been over 3 weeks since I signed up). I had a technician come to my home to install internet and was told that the line coming into the home was not working and that they would have to fix it from outside). I have been on hold for over 1 hour and 39+ mins now just to even peak with someone.
Our company has been a loyal customer…
Our company has been a loyal customer of Rogers since 1980 (that's 45 years) but after years of being mistreated by incompetent outsourced agents I've decided to move over to Telus. Not many options because I'll probably receive similar service there but I've had it with Rogers. Terrible, terrible company!
Made a deal on June 24th
Made a deal on June 24th, was told he would receive a confirmation email within 24 hrs. These are the agents words from the transcript. Congratulations! Your plan has been updated, and you will receive the email confirmation within the next 24 hours. On July 6th he still never had the email so went on chat with an agent. He told him it was never approved and wasn't available at his address. Duh, he was after telling him it was updated so whichever way you look at it he was lied to. Then had the nerve to tell him the best it he could do was give him a package that was $58 more a month with less speed than was offered before. It's going to be audios Rogers !!!

Wanted me to cancel a $17/month for a $35/month just to come back to them
Cancelled Order and Zero Communication
This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. The company cancelled my order without any reason and didn’t even bother to contact me. I had to make two trips for nothing, wasting my time and money. This behaviour is disrespectful to customers, and I expect compensation and a serious improvement in how orders are handled.
The absolute worst customer service…
The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. Have been trying to call Roger’s to set up a move for my internet, and have spent 1-2 hours everyday on hold for the past week and a half. Half of the time they let you sit on hold for hours and then just hang up saying “We are experiencing higher than usual call volume, we are unable to take your call please call back later”. Even went in to the Rogers store in person and was told that they can’t assist with move related requests. How am I as a customer supposed to speak with anyone that can help? Can they not hire more customer service specialists or use a call back option like every other company? Absolutely disgraceful that a company this big will waste so much of their customers time. Can’t even cancel my internet and go with somebody else because they lock you into 2 year terms upon renewal. Rogers should be ashamed of themselves. Even a 1 star rating is disingenuous.
This company doesn't even deserve a 1…
This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star.. horrible service..long Waits on the phone.. transfered from Dept to Dept..in fact...it's like talking to the wall... you get nowhere..this company can give you a stroke...they send you in circles... there's no management available...the English is so broken that you have to ask them to repeat themselves....the customer service is so bad they have no knowledge it's like going to a restaurant and the Cooks can't cook..so the end result is it's going to leave a bad taste in your mouth.
When your frustrated with your service…
When your frustrated with your service issues and call tech support your looking at minimum 1 1/2 hrs on hold to frustrate you a little more than you already are. Tech support is customer service. Hire more people your billion dollar profit company...
