Horrible experience. The models and condcept seem so cool, but the wood is flimsy and the assembly requires way too much force.

While inserting one of the plastic rings on a metal pin, I had to apply so much force that shot through and the metal pin actually PIERCED my thumb. Threw it away.

My daughter bought me a ST003 Luminous Globe for Christmas,very flimsy material breaks very easy assembly instructions very poor,you can access a video which shows a different method to instructions,in short after numerous attempts to assemble and numerous of parts breaking have given up,all look very nice on display but a nightmare to assemble (Have so far emailed ROKR twice and awaiting further response)Still awaiting response refused point blank to replace did not order direct from them bought at a shop (so take it back😡😡)not much hope there as daughter bought October for Xmas present

I ordered a product from ROKR (rokronline.com) for $85. (order number ROKR99736 Electric Gramophone)
The website clearly states a 5–10 day delivery timeframe.

It has now been over 11 days since payment, and I have not received any tracking number, shipping confirmation, or dispatch date.

I contacted customer support multiple times. The only response I received was a generic message mentioning “system issues” and “stock discrepancies,” without any proof that the order was shipped.

At this point, the lack of transparency and failure to meet the stated delivery terms is very disappointing. Taking payment immediately but not providing shipment details or clear timelines is unacceptable.

I am still waiting for either a valid tracking number or a full refund.

By Chance I found the world of ROKR. I ordered the Dream Gift machine and had a lot of fun. At the end the result was amazing. A lot of details you can discover When the construction is finished. New Order was placed immediately. Dream Coffee Bar. Order and shipping was very easy. Now a new built up challenge ist waiting. Thanks to Rokr.

I have 4 ROKR kits and have never had a problem. Some tiny parts easily break, which is totally understandable when you see them, but the kits always carry extra of those. Everything has always lined up okay and not had any problems with the kits except for my bad which have eventually found where I have gone wrong and put right. If I had any suggestion I would suggest the back of the wooden pieces was coloured - maybe a brown or whatever as I really don't like seeing bare wood on a coloured kit. Am doing cuckoo clock at the moment and have coloured the backs dark brown and made sure all the edges are coloured once the snags are filed off. it looks so much nicer with no bare wood. Just a suggestion. I have the latest coffee factory kit on order that will look great next to the Christmas Gift Factory. Maybe ROKR occasionally post on your facebook page asking for suggestions and see what people come up with. You do great products.

Absolutely brilliant service ordered one day delivery the next ,and the models are really well made. A great hobby

I was looking forward to assembling the owl clock. I see everywhere how easy the kits are to assemble.
Well, not in my experience. Got to step 5, page 6 and because the illustration is so hard to see, I put A13 and A14 in backwards and fastened with the A15. When I realized they were in wrong, I tríed to take the pieces out and ended up breaking the stems and I can’t even repair with super glue. Boxed everything and planning to trash it.

The details are very cool, potential very high - but the problem is cheap materials. Everything easily breaks at the smallest appliance of force. I've had multiple puzzles from them and now I've had enough. Every core piece (e.g. chair legs or car hood and so on) breaks even before taking it off the wooden panel. How long does it take this company to make better materials and not waste their customer's time and money??

Extremely disappointing. More than a month after and not only my order isn't delivered, I can't even track it.

I ordered a birthday present 5th of December, on the 15/12 I contacted them and they said that the warehouse didn't even process the order yet. On 17/12 they told me once it was processed, it would take 1 or 2 weeks to ship. On 18/12 I received an email saying that the order was processed and that I could track the delivery with a number and link. Today 13/1 and almost 3 weeks later, I can't even track my order because their system says there's no order or delivery with the numbers they provided me with.

At this point I am realizing the store is a scam and that I will never receive anything. Not only did I threw money down the drain, but also had no gift for the birthday.

Received the model galleon for Christmas it’s great instructions are clear and you are provided with lots of spare parts especially the smaller parts which are easily lost if you’re not careful ( like me).

Laughable quality. Pieces snap in half with minimal pressure

My husbands on his 4th model and is loving it. It can be flimsy and sometimes prone to breaking but nothing a bit of super glue doesn't fix! ROKR are very quick to respond if he has a problem and always happy to help. He's done the space shuttle, London marble drop, Titanic type ship, rocking fisherman now on a cuckoo clock. Thank you for helping a retired man fill his time nicely

VERY FLIMSY

Very disappointed. Just slight pressure.to get pieces to slot in on the Treasure Box and.snap, product unfinishable. Was a 3rd of the way through

I'm enjoying the product, but their Sydney team were absolutely fantastic when I enquired about some parts that I had lost. They were really pleasant to deal with and the parts were sent to me with no fuss. I'm very happy to keep buying their products with backup support like this.

I have the 3D pinball and the switch for the speaker doesn't work, and I'm not sure if the lights are supposed to flash on and off but they do and I'm not sure if the score sensors are working, and I can't get anyone to answer my txt

I really love the model I purchased from ROKR. I was a little skeptical buying from an ad on Instagram, but they also sell several of their kits on Amazon, so I was willing to take a leap. Item arrived quickly and had all of the needed parts and tools to complete the project. I had a lot of fun putting together the Velociraptor wooden puzzle and it makes a really cool novelty item. Please read the instructions fully! Some steps are tricky and could have used a video to make the step clearer. All parts were included and some of the smaller or more delicate parts had spares, which I appreciated. I doesn't run as well as I had hoped it would, but there could have been a misstep on my part. I need to review the instructions again.

I ordered a night city marble run, Problem step 14 the fixing holes in the plastic parts J1 and J2 did not line up with the wooden parts it was so difficult that my attempts to align the parts resulted in brakage of parts C16 and 18. As you can imagin I was not best pleased, particulary because I had to order replacement parts.

It was fun to make, until I discovered that some of the pieces weren’t the same size or shape as the ones on the instructions. So many things ended up going wrong due to it, and now the whole thing won’t stay together.

Truly amazing experience and product. High quality, to be honest better than I was expecting :) Congrats to the team!
