I ordered a piano m snapcase as Roli…
I ordered a piano m snapcase as Roli wouldn't sell me the snap case for my seaboard m, so I'm hoping it will fit. However, I have heard nothing since ordering it. No tracking info or any way to see it in my Roli account. I have sent two emails chasing this up for an eta, but just radio silence. I am a loyal customer and have 9 blocks products including the latest airwave. However, customer support has always been Rolis downfall. It's as if they just don't care about their customers and their experience. Great products if and when they arrive, but just hope you don't have a problem and have to try and contact them.

I mistakenly ordered a Block M
I mistakenly ordered a Block M, and then an Airwave, instead of ordering a bundle. I contacted customer service to ask if I could cancel the orders and re-order the bundle, but the Block M was already shipping. The support rep was kind enough to offer me a credit of the difference on the Airwave to make the whole transaction equal to the bundle. That's great customer service, and I was answered in less than 24 hours.
