Well, the company has kept me informed about deliveries and what the current situation in some items. My Roli keyboard arrived as informed.Thank you!
Now I'm just waiting to hear about delivery of the airwave, which I've been told was delayed.

Also, I was very happy about how good the Roli was packed. I received it intact.

I've been having fun making noise since I learned to hold a stick. Later, I liked doing it in rhythm; in my own way. Later, finally, I discovered Roli and acquired the Seabord 2, then paid for my son's Piano M when I received a student discount offer; we have fun together learning, improvising, searching for musical archives and cooking them together, as we like to say when we mix the ingredients. We end up becoming real chefs, ignored by the Michelin Guide nonetheless, but always ready to sit down on a piece of Parisian sidewalk as soon as Paris has a celebration on the program, and God knows that in Paris there is something to celebrate every two days. We recently ordered the Piano + Airwave bundle, and can't wait to get our hands on them. In the meantime, and due to a trip abroad, I contacted Roli's customer relations department to try to make changes to my order. My contact at Roli was remarkably efficient and very diligent in finding the solution I was looking for. And if I am a Chef, then S.R. (thank you S.R.) is the child of Nina Simone and Mozart.

Been waiting for the Airwave and also ordered a m piano. LOVE the piano but the world is crazy and I always appreciate a company taking the time to make sure the product is RIGHT! I understand creating a real product that will shape my music in ways I haven't thought about or have had access to excites me. The ROLI team is top notch and more than helpful and even let the customers that pre-ordered get a voucher when they knew it was delayed with a well explained reason. Im still waiting for my Airwave to arrive. Love my seaboard keyboard, Roli Beatmaker kit Blocks and the Lumi keyboard!

I bought stuff in February and April and received neither things so far. I know the airwave was delayed but haven’t received the pedal yet.

UPDATE: 12/1/25 Airwave shipped.
Sustain Pedal has not shipped.
Absolutely shocking customer ticket service.

The innovative products from ROLI are one-of-a-kind. Unique. They send me too an email about my delayed order. Instead of complaining i decided to order an additional AirWave. To my request, ROLI fairly asked only for the difference to the bundled price I missed in the former order. Supporting ROLI means protecting my investments in their tech.

I own a couple of Roli products already ( delighted with ) and have to say that since ordering an Airwave bundle, I've been happy to wait and just found out due to the idiotic Trump tariffs that have caused delays in orders due to the relocation of manufacturing. This was conveyed to me by a very friendly and open employee at Roli, and I fully support the company until it is resolved. It is a small blow against stupidity and short-sightedness, and yes, it's Trump and all his enablers I'm referring to.

I ordered a Seaboard with an Airwave before retracting for the airwave. I received the Seaboard, which is very well made. However, I never received a message from customer service regarding the status of the second part of my order. Will I ever receive the airwave or a refund, I have no idea...

I like the Piano Ms that I bought - but the Airwave was late - as planned. And it just got later?

ROLI innovated the good old MIDI protocol by first introducing MPE capabilities and then offering astonishingly expressive "fretless" keyboard controllers with the Seaboard series. Then expanded into luminous keybeds via the (Lumi) Piano series and then created the Airwave controller, giving expanded expressivity by moving the hands into thin air not only to their own products but to every keyboard controller or synth. I only wonder what's next...

I bought my airwave october 9th and 8 months later still dont have it.

I read that some customers report quite bad experiences with the ROLI support and especially delivery-times.
Maybe this is because nowadays most people expect that everything they order in internet will be at their door in no time, best next day.
With my Seaboard I ordered the upcoming Airwave and just before I ordered I got the information on the order-screen that this item will be delivered mid July (hopefully).
And I think it’s not so bad looking forward to receive something which might give you great pleasure :)

The Seaboard I got from ROLI is really great fun to play. The build quality is awesome it’s a peace of great craftsmanship.
And the music and sounds you can create with this “instrument” are just fantastic. This controller is so sensitive and versatile I couldn’t imagine when ordering. It’s just WOW to have it and be creative :)

They were very friendly and helpful and explained the delay in my airwave very well to my satisfaction. They even gave me a coupon code to make up for the delay in the airwave, which they did not have to do. They explained what was going on with quality control and told me about my airway coming eight weeks late. To my satisfaction. I feel ithey really did a good job at communicating. And the support specialist I was dealing with on the email was very nice and friendly. She told me about everything that was going on. And I was satisfied with it. Good job.

The Seaboard Rise 2 provides an artist another level of creativity for improv and unique tweaks to chorus and pads. I can't wait to see how the AirWave adds to that. Keep dreaming up creative music hardware Roli - we love it!

I love the products, I have the Seaboard 2, would buy another one! Maybe will soon! Yes. I have had delay getting delivery, but I do anticipate the wait is well worth it. I did hook up my piano M but I am waiting for the Airwave Half of the order still. I did also order the newer Piano and it is still in the pipe. Had a shipping issue on the first order remedied… I do not like the credit card charged before the order ships part but…. Maybe I won’t get tariffed to death as a result of paying long ago for something someday arriving long after I almost forgot about it!!! Stay tuned. Bought a Moog to pacify Me! But I gotta have My Roli TOO!!!

I ordered in November 2024 a Piano M x 2 and and airway bundle. Still waiting on the airwave. Grandson really likes the Piano M.

Roli creates truly innovative and inspiring musical instruments, backed by excellent customer support. I've been a loyal customer since purchasing the original Seaboard RISE 49 in the year 2016. While my early model unfortunately developed a fault, Roli's support team was fantastic. Although the replacement process took some time, they ultimately provided me with a brand new unit, which I've been thrilled with ever since. The Equator software (now on version 2) is simply incredible, and I've also enjoyed exploring their other innovative products. Roli clearly values its customers. I'm so impressed that I recently pre-ordered the Airwave Creator to complement my Seaboard RISE 49. As a composer and producer under the name Quantum Harmonics, Roli's instruments are central to my studio setup, and I'm also a proud affiliate.
