Avoid, at the airport they lure you to purchase the ticket claiming bus departs in several minutes , then you wait 40 min watching how other operators depart on time, when you try to go back from Rome they can randomly cancel the bus. Avoid this company to avoid stress.
We had purchased tickets to get to the airport, but the buses were cancelled, so we had to take a taxi. The desk at the airport told us to send everything by email to customer service and that we would then receive a refund. I have already sent several reminders to customer service and used the contact form on their website, but they simply do not respond.

When I wanted to board the bus 10 minutes prior the departure, first words from the driver were 'bus does not go for one person'....
Let me tell I was not happy to say the least. There is no mention of such a rule anywhere on the website, and at 4am that was the only way to get ti CIA airport.
Luckily more people showed up and bus went to the airport, but the driver gave me a proper stress that I won't be ablectovtake my flight. This kind of behaviour is utterly unacceptable.
