First time using Rome Transfer Services from Rome airport was a great experience. They contacted me by email and WhatsApp to confirm. Driver met our six person family at arrivals and the ride was very smooth with their passenger van. Driver was very friendly and was an overall great experience, would definitely use again. Brilliant. On time, great communication, very comfy van, Emiliano our driver negotiated the mad Rome traffic with ease, told us some great food stories and dropped us right at the ship. Would definitely use again and the price was very reasonable.

We had 3 times that we needed a driver/pick up and drop off. All 3 went perfectly.

We used rometransfer services three times on our vacation. First to pick up from the airport to take to an Airbnb in Rome. Second to transfer us from our Airbnb to cruise port and lastly from cruise port to the airport. The drivers were always easy to be found and were very efficient in getting us to our locations would use them again anytime.

We were met by Sebastion at Fumicino Airport for our transport to Civitavecchia. We were delayed by about 15 minutes as all the luggage was placed on 4 different carousels.
Sebastian even helped us contact the host at our hotel because our phones weren't working properly. Excellent service would have no problem recommending this company.

Our transfer from the cruise port in Rome to Rome Airport was well organised by Rome Transfer Services and worry free. Would recommend this service to everyone.

Driver was on time and very polite and helpful. Van was comfortable for our six passengers.
Driver had issues with finding our hotel in Civitavecchia. We gave him the correct address, but it was in an apartment block and difficult to find the entrance door. He had to drop us off about 1/2 a block past our entrance. It was slightly inconvenient. Since we provided the address at booking, I was surprised he wasn't able to map the route out ahead of time. All in all, I would still recommend Rome Transfer Service. The price for the transfer was very competitive and was lower than most I had researched.

I was disappointed that the driver did not call me, our plan arrived late, I emailed when I was on the plane (which was Wednesday, for a Thursday morning pickup) to let you know that the plane was delayed. Instead of calling me on my cell phone I was sent an email. Not knowing the airport in Rome, I did not receive a call via cell phone or Whats App which was provided. We did not see anyone waiting for us in the Arrival gates. I had 15 people traveling from the states to Rome. We ended up having to pay for another service, when I had already pre-paid our transfers to the hotel. I requested a refund for the drive from the airport to the hotel in Rome but was denied the portion of the pre-paid amount for the ride to the airport, so we ended up paying twice. The drivers who picked up on Saturday were nice and the vehicles were clean. No issues on Saturday.
