The clothes came but after I ordered via my debit card I had 3 random payments come out fraudulently under the company name "three". My friend had the same happen when ordering from shein. One of my "romwe" items came in a shein bag too... Definitely dodgy

This app is terrible they made a typo with my address and they sent my package to the wrong house and they have no number and they don’t respond back I don’t recommend shopping here I lost 90 dollars to this app

I ordered clothes on I cyber money , they siad the estimated delivery date would come at December 18 .
It’s December 28 and my clothes still haven’t come yet .

Clothes are good, prices are good. But recently after my purchase my debit account was hacked. Be careful when purchasing.

I ordered back nov 2 $70 worth of clothes haven't gotten it at all I ordered another one the day after I ordered the first order and I receive that one which is only $12 order I'd like to know where my $70 order is and I ordered that one first before I ordered the other one will not be ordering from them ever again I understand it's Christmas but a month

I’m personally amused by all the negative reviews. I have been a customer for them for a little over 2 years and I can agree with some negative reviews but not all.

It’s a good store for teens, who don’t have a lot of money. Make minimum wage. Can make anything look cute. Romwe saves me a lot of money on certain products, but I know which ones to stay away from because of the quality.

STAY AWAY FROM gold jewelry. It comes off immediately and turns into a dirty rustic brown you can’t make it look cute trust me. I threw away majority of the necklaces i got from them.

DONT stay away from, chokers, black necklaces, earrings that are not gold. keychains. They have the cheapest most cute accessories that would cost 7 dollars at different stores. 1 dollar at romwe.

STAY AWAY FROM leggings, jeans, hoodies, sweaters. I always check through the reviews to see how the material really is, because you can never tell. it’s a hit or complete miss. I’ve learned that they never have any regular leggings they are always completely see thru, sliding down, weird material doesn’t hold onto you whatsoever. Their hoodies and sweaters run small, beware of that. But MOST of them are super stiff and that was a no go for me. I have many cute sweaters from them that I had to donate because they didn’t provide any warmth, they felt rough. It’s difficult because they always look so cute in the photos with the models, but they feel terrible. I stay away from their jeans because I feel like that’s just something you should get good quality on. And their jeans are very rough and stiff. The one time I got some cute mom jeans from them, they smelt terrible and I couldn’t wash the smell out. That was really weird.

DONT STAY AWAY FROM, clothes with good reviews and look good in the pictures of previous buyers! pay attention the material in the review pictures not the model one. sometimes you can find a really good find. they have amazing tight tank tops or v necks crop tee shirts. you just have to make sure, never buy an item with no reviews unless you are prepared to be the guinea pig :)

Apparently, my order arrived in the UK, then it was returned without delivery, no explanation other than 'faulty address' or 'you live in a gated community', neither were true. this is false information provided by romwe as I contacted royal mail and they never received my order. I then clicked to re-ship these items and it did not allow me to change the address (I was going to change to a relative's as obviously my address was too complex for them, a standard street in a standard housing estate. When contacting them, I may as well be speaking to a brick wall, they have now told me my order will be as late as mid January, two months after placing the order!! Do not order from this website - you will not receive your order.

I ordered a parcel and paid in full already, however, even after 2 weeks my orders is still PROCESSING and haven’t been shipped at all. no updates at all. it has been 2 weeks since i ordered.

Shocking I ordered items on 23rd august 2020 it’s now December 2020 still waiting when I contact them just say sorry delayed by 4 months wouldn’t order a anything every again I just want my money back now

I have ordered a couple of times from Romwe and from Shein. good reviews, poor quality. i have seen loads of bad reviews and comments but it’s not that bad.
The only problem is, i ordered last month (november 2020) a couple of things (i think 4 or 5 different clothes) and they came quickly than expected, but i ordered this month (1st december 2020) and it hasn’t been updated. it says expected date to deliver is the 29th or 2nd of January, last month it said the 26th of November and it came the 19th, this one hasn’t updated at all, i really don’t know what to do, so i’m just going to wait, i paid 67€ and they gave me a gift card because it was close to christmas and they took 5€ off of my order so that’s good, but i don’t know what to expect. if anyone else has been in this situation please try and tell me your experience

I bought a lot of different clothes for my daughter for Christmas on 12/02 . Here it is 12/14 and I still haven’t received it . It hasn’t even shipped 🤦🏾‍♀️ No shipping updates the last update was 12/03 . Like what ? I need this before Christmas . I don’t get why i haven’t even been updated on my order .that’s very concerning . So disappointed

So annoyed, my account some how got locked out for suspicious activity and won’t let me see my orders or track them. they said they have sent me a code but i haven’t gotten one. i stay locked out wondering where is my package now

Fast delivery, but clothes of the lowest quality. It is to be expected because its cheap, but there’s no point of buying clothes if it’ll tear down after a few wears, or if its thin, or has uneven stitches. Among many things that I’ve ordered the only decent thing was the bucket hats, and a pair of baggy pants that were cute, but was made of thin material as well. The two bags i ordered were either deformed or wonky. I give it a three for fast delivery, and cute items. Also expect to pay extra for customs later on.

THEY ARE A HORRIBLE. I ordered cargo pants from here and they were way different from what it looked in the photo so, I am planning to return them but, it makes you play 9$ for that and, I payed over 100$ for the products. I was lucky enough to recieve my package but, when I checked my receipt, it said that It costed 80$. Please dont buy from there and SHIEN. They are a scam

Never received my order!!

They refuse to give me a refund even though my order never arrived. It's marked as delivered on the tracking but over a month has gone by and nothing!

I spent over $100 and I am not impressed!

My daughter ordered over £100 worth of clothing. A dress was faulty, the strap was broken. We returned the item and were refunded the amount, less £2.50 for postage. It is unlawful to charge a customer return postage for a faulty item. I tried to contact them but no postage refund was given.

Shameful

I order several articles of clothing from ROMWE on November 19th. The money was taken out of my account. The packages made it into the United States but have stopped moving and now my shipment has been put on hold. My packages have been on hold in Kentucky since the 22nd. That’s two full weeks now that my parcel has been on hold. I’m very concerned that I won’t ever get my clothes and will have wasted $150 dollars.

My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it?!nor did my landlord or neighbors!and I was chatting with this lady in the customer service she gave me a fake number of the courier because it said invalid. Bow Im THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS NOT AVAILABLE!! WTH!it literally says “24/7” im very mad. I hope they help or never ordering from them again.
