Do not do business with this company

Do not do business with this company. They do not stand behind their product, and will charge you for their mistake. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with an online company, especially with the premium prices they charge for their products. Unacceptable.

Faulty products and law breakers.

Bracelet broke after wearing it for two weeks. It’s stuck on my wrist. Consumer rights act says a refund if within 30 days, despite this they won’t do anything. Told me I have to get a jeweller to remove it and send it back to them. Asked for videos and pics which I sent. Every time I did what they asked they asked for something else. I have no choice but to dispute the charge as the product is faulty and they are not adhering to the law. Their products looks tempting but absolutely no customer service if something goes wrong.

Your pieces are beautiful

Your pieces are beautiful, but the last piece I bought keeps falling off on me. Luckily I’ve found it each time. Now I do t wear it because I’m afraid I’ll lose it. I love the piece I wish the clasp was better.

I ordered two items

I ordered two items, however, only one item arrived. I contacted the seller and inquired. Was told they would investigate. Waited one week noone updated me. Once I contacted the seller for the second time I was informed the missing item was shipped to me. I have now received the second item.

These items were intended to be a gift and the delay resulted in me having to purchase anultranet item from another party.

So all in all I did receive all items however with some disruption to my plans.

I did not receive an explanation for the delay in receiving my complete order.

Please be weary of ordering from this…

Please be weary of ordering from this company. The quality isn’t what you expect considering the prices for these items. We ordered a Lesi Bracelet and was very disappointed that after 3 months, the clasp broke and was loose fitting. I called the company numerous times with no answer. After review based on photos through only email communication, they refused to help, or even exchange the expensive product. If they stand behind their products, then this failure should not have occurred. They did reveal that their silver is soft and if you read other reviews that are on the net, you will find that this is a very common problem for their products. Unfortunately, it is now a piece of junk that is unwearable. It was a very disappointing experience and I am certain the responses sent back from the company were automated.
We will never purchase a product from this company again. There are so many more reputable and better quality options out there, please explore them. Don’t waste your hard earned money on Ronatelli.

Two thumbs up for the Lesi!

I ordered the wrong size for a Lesi and the return and replacement process was about as simple as it could be, so have no fear if there are problems. The bracelet itself is amazing. I think it looks better in person than in the photos or videos. A quick polish makes it shine and the interior will get darker as it oxidizes more, so the contrast will be even more pronounced and will really make the braid pattern stand out. Two thumbs up!

When I pay for something expensive, I expect a service that matches that. With this merchant that’s not the case at all.

I paid them more than 2 months ago, the shipment got lost (mainly because they use cheap courier).

It takes 3-5 emails to get a reply from them. When I did get a reply they told me to go contact the shipping company!!!! Is that my job to do?
I paid for something (which is not cheap) you deliver no matter what the situation is. That’s what decent companies do.

No I’m going on a loop with them and the shipping company that said that they’re willing to reimburse us, but the merchant has to contact them.

Unprofessionalism, unnecessary headache and lack of level 0 communication.
