Do not call that customer service number in the earlier review. They tried to remote port into my computer saying "we will transfer you the file to get your refund". When I said no, I wanted the return label emailed to me, they told me that they do not have that capability. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!

I too, ordered 2 dresses took over a month for the delivery and the fabric is not what was described on their site. No washing or fabric description and one is huge and the other barely fits. Lesson learned will not order online until I check the company out.

This business is a scam. The items I ordered took several weeks to be delivered. The fabric in these clothes is horrible. It is like flimsy plastic paper. Also, the items I ordered do not fit at all. I sent multiple requests for Return Authorization. The reply I did receive offered to refund $ 20 on a $100 order.
When I refused, they offered $28. I refused again, and they stated that the factory is in Dubai and too expensive to return. I will continue to demand a refund.

The items received did not represent the pictures. When I tried to return the items, I got a runaround; first asking about the order number and after that was sent asking for pictures of the item.

BUYER BEWARE. Dress not even close to the description. Terrible cheap fabric. Tried to return it by the method stated on the website but the most they were willing to refund was $11 for a $38 dress. I would avoid this company at all costs. Threw the dress in the trash. Didn’t except the refund but will leave a negative review wherever I can to make sure no one else runs into the same problems.

I ordered two dresses on April 23. On May 10th I got a notice that the dresses were shipped. This is May 28th and the labels for the shipment have never been created and there is no way to track. I think I've been had. Lesson learned. No more internet shopping for me.

I was very please with the 2 dresses I bought. Size was true and fabrics were cotton and very soft. It takes 6 weeks to get them tho, so don’t order if you need a dress in 2 weeks.

Worst experience with online shopping ever!! I ordered $136.worth of clothing. It took two months to be sent to me and then when I requested a refund they wanted a photo showing the poor quality and material! The material is thin and feels cheap. Then they said they would only refund $20 because shipping costs were so high. That isn't my problem. They are offering super cheap looking clothes but not at a discounted prices. Each dress was about $ 36. Please never order from them . they should be shut down.

They say they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and they absolutely do not. My order arrived after 2 months. Print on one dress is not the same as pictured, style of the other dress is different than picture. The quality of the fabric is terrible and the dresses have a terrible chemical smell. They say they will allow you to return but they will not. PLEASE do not order anything from RONATH.

I have waited 24 days for a label to be placed on according to the USPS tracking number. Tried to dispute but no answer.

I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money. The dress I ordered took forever to arrive and when it did I was appalled at the quality. I have no idea what the material was but it looked nothing like the picture I ordered from. I could not even get it on even though I ordered a size bigger than I normally do. So....I tried to return it. I sent numerous emails requesting authorization to return it. Most were ignored. Then they offered me $5 and keep the dress. I refused...then$10 no way. The last email was the best, They said their warehouse was in Dubai and it was much too expensive for them to send it back. I would have to pay the high price! They then offered me $18!! So I took the money. After a week it was credited to my card. I will never buy from Ronath again. And now I have a dress that is awful. In one email they said I could give it to a friend. Lesson learned!!

I canceled my order because it was taking too long. Money was returned promptly to my account. I then received notice that it was too late too cancel order. I finally received Dress. I like way it looks and it fits well. I will keep the dress. How do I pay you for this purchase?

I ordered three garments. Took forever for them to arrive. When they did, I was appalled. The garments don't even remotely resemble the pictures on the website. There are no labels saying what the fiber content is, so there is no way to know how to launder them or if they need to be dry cleaned. Very inferior construction. The placement of the buttons on the dress leaves a wide gap right at the bust line. There is NO interfacing in the button/buttonhole placket (you can feel it between your fingers). One of the blouses I ordered has a crisscross flap design in front. There is NO LINING, NO INNER PANEL under the crisscross flaps. So if the wind blows, you show your skin and your bra. The third garment was too small, despite my carefully checking their sizing chart.
This company has a 30-day return policy, but then delay responding to emails, told me to take pictures so they could inspect the quality (you CAN'T judge quality by a picture!! If that were the case, I wouldn't have bought this stuff!!). They offered me $5 compensation for the delay. The entire order--clothing that I cannot wear--was $99. And they want to give me $5.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They have a 1.8 rating (out of 100). I wish I had read the reviews first before I ordered.

Order took six weeks to arrive. Website stated the items were cotton blend but they are polyester. Terrible fit on 3 items. One t-shirt was good. Tried contacting them, have not received a response. Don't order from this company.

My order arrived in a little over a month - no problem. The dress fits well and is beautiful! I am pleased. However there is no indication of the fiber content or care instructions. I hand-washed, come out good. It does not feel like cotton, though the website states it is a cotton-blend.

I love the clothing! Ronath stated upfront that shipping would take several weeks: worth the wait!

Buyer beware: Ronath claims to be a U.S. company. However, I believe the items are shipped here from China. I bought 3 dresses, and not one of the three looks like the photos. The fabric is poor quality, and the fit is laughable. Only a child could fit into one of the dresses I ordered. The length of the maxi dress I ordered, which was shown in the photo as hitting just above the ankle, extends to the ground.

Forget about returning the items and receiving a refund. They give a 30-day window for returns/exchanges, but then use delay tactics to avoid issuing the refund. Customer Service is a sham. They do not respond to emails in a timely matter. When they do respond, they ask for pictures of the rubbish they’ve sent. Another delay tactic.

The quality of these dresses is so poor that I would not even donate them to a charity. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered three dresses and one top. I love all of them. The fabric is better quality than I expected. I am ordering more today. My only hope would be that the shipping is faster than last time.

I ordered a dress that ended up too tight in the sleeves. Dress was not material as advertised. After sending approximately 6 requests for return information, they advised they would refund $5 and to keep the dress.

I ordered 3 items from Donagh on the understanding that they were cotton and expecting that if they did not fit I would be able to charge them. When they arrived they were made of horrible acrylic fabric that would cling and stick, and I couldn t do them up. Thus they are unwearable. The company would not allow me to send them back - I had realised by tben that they had come from China - and offered, me 25 dollars to keep them rather than the 88 dollars that they cost. This company are working a scam and the clothes are nothing like the quality advertised Avoid at all costs.
