Great website
Good prices, competitive with other sites and stores.
Easy to use website. Had a lot of trouble matching the roof rack I need with my vehicle on other sites. This one makes it really straightforward.
Everything was delivered super fast and in perfect shape.

No issues with the product even though…
No issues with the product even though it is a different brand than ordered. However for items that show up as "in stock" it took two weeks for delivery. Order placed on the 5th of Feb and received them on the 19th.
When talking to the final courier company to find out the hold up they claimed to only have recieved them on the 16th being a Friday so had to wait through to the Monday.
Normal in stock products are next day or two at the most so not sure what the internal hold up is.

We always ship out orders the next business day and they usually arrive to customers within 2-4 days max. On the very rare occasion where we don't have an item in stock we let the customer know immediately and then have it ordered in and shipped asap to them. We do apologies for any inconvenience caused here.
Regarding the different brand name for your roof racks - for some models we ship out the Yakima version of the racks, even though they are advertised as Prorack on our website and in your order statement.
Yakima and Prorack are actually supplied by the same manufacturer, and the only difference is the brand name that appears on the product. In other words, the Yakima model you receive will be identical to the Prorack model you ordered.
You would have received another separate email after your order informing you on this situation but again we do apologise if there was any confusion here.

The product appears good quality for what it is. I thought that that product would assist me in *lifting* the roof pod up to the ceiling, whereas it only assists in strapping it in position once it is there. That is reasonable, but makes it never a one person job and it would be good if the product information made that clear.
