Good prices, good information on the website and delivered when they said it would be.

I ordered roofing sheets on line , by simply putting in my measurements, they then produced a kit that I was able to buy. Materials arrived on time with a few spare bits besides .I also spoke with customer service with regards to my delivery,they couldn’t have been more helpful if they had tried.
All in all I would rate the experience as excellent , and good value for money.

Hade to keep ringing on progress of goods, had the impression they had forgot .

Brill product. Just took longer than we thought to deliver but as soon as I rang them they delivered the same afternoon

Poor communication. Delivered very late, unannounced, on the wrong day, and with no means to lift the product off the truck.

The product, corrugated twin wall corolite sheeting, was shown as being in stock so I placed an order and they took my money. After 1 week there was no response so i called to find out it wasn't in stock and they hadn't done anything. I am waiting hopefully for a refund but have a feeling there may be a problem. I will update if it is resolved satisfactorily but I strongly suggest people are very careful when purchasing from this company.
They returned my money so I've changed my rating. My advice remains check that the do have anything marked as in stock being in stock.

Ordered 8-off of a particular sheet size. Got 7 and two random off cuts! Very little communication about when the delivery was coming or when it was dropped off

Had a couple of issues the main being the triple wall carb sheets were cut wonky from the supplier. The sheets should have been 800 wide but one end was 795 and the bottom end was 805 so 5mm error both ends. My builder had to cut and straighten each panel to fit into the grips. I emailed the company and they said if I contacted them they would have replaced the panels but that doesn’t really help when your builder/joiner is in the middle of the job and can’t wait for panels to be replaced. The company did respond to my email saying it does say panels can be out by 3mm but I’m sure 5mm each end is more than 3mm. It was the fact that each end/side was out but 5mm which to me doesn’t sound slot but to the people working with them does become an issue.
I will say that everything came very well packaged. There was some confusion for me about my delivery as the order was split and more clarification should have been sent. My emails too and from the company were always polite.

We ordered our polycarbonate sheeting from this Company as the price was very competitive.
Communication was good. Very pleased overall, and I would definitely recommend them.

Great product , great value . Used cut to size service . Only negative was delivery took about 2 weeks . Initial estimate was 4 to 11 days but ended up being 14 , although this was over a bank holiday weekend period so could be forgiven . Called customer services when it was a day late , got told to expect delivery next day 8-6 , rang back after waiting in until 4pm and was told it was delayed again until next morning .

While I expect the product (coping stones) I've bought to fully meet my requirements, the delivery time of over one month is too long and the cost of delivery too high - approaching double the cost of the product!! Roofing megastore needs to review this.

Price was highly competitive, Delivery was fine at £30 to Scotland, fast turnaround, quality was fine, but i would go with thickest they have for the corrugated Bitchumen, don't get me wrong thinner one was fine too.

The website roof calculator made it very easy to know the quantity required, i could speak to a real person, for extra help. and delivery was about half the time, it initially predicted, so all in all, very happy

Goods were as described value for money did not see the delivery costs but as it was sheeting the cost was an expected addition

Prompt response, very competitive price and early delivery.
The soft bitumen sheet material arrived with two slightly broken corners, which may have been in delivery, but this was not important to the installation.

Love the service but the support when simthing went wrong was not what I expected! I ordered polycarbonate roofing and know nothing about the bits that go with the polycarbonate roof like the trims or joining bars or end caps ! All I ordered was the polycarbonate roofing and the rest comes with it ! But it was way short of the trim . No problem i thought i will just ring up and get these sent out . But to be told there is a £45 delivery cost !! I was shocked to actually not have been offered free delivery as It was not my fault! I do like this company but was very disappointed after 2 attempts to ask for the parts to be delivered for free . I mean they weigh like nothing . I could not belive why say no to a customer who has spent a lot in the past as well as this order ! And it was even my fault

I was very pleased with my dealing with this company there prices and delivery time were excellent would be happy to use them again.
