What I like about Roomia
What I like about Roomia, they have a good storage, modern facilities, easy access and beside it is safe to keep your things there, and the employees are all friendly especially Josh, really I love the place. We just moved our things there for just 2 days from another storage because it's easy access to our new storage. I signed my contract last 23 Dec 2025.

No I wouldn’t use them again I emptied my storage two weeks before it was due to be paid again no refund was offered for the full month I paid as I’ve always got with other storage units so no wouldn’t use again

We completely understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be. Our agreement asks for 14 days’ notice before vacating so we can pro-rate your rent and ensure you only pay for the time you actually need. In this case, we didn’t receive notice before the next billing period, which meant the full month was charged.
We always want to be fair and are happy to talk things through if you’d like to reach out to our team directly.

Great customer service, very friendly and helpful. Vicki went above and beyond to help find the right size for what I needed. I would highly recommend using them…

I can’t thank Debbie & Vickie enough for going above and beyond not helping me getting drive up but for doing follow up calls and doing everything they can to make sure I got the best deal and Josh helped sort out the account side as I upgraded my storage, st Mary’s for storage highly recommended and today Debbie called just to check in such lovely ladies !!! It was so easy renting space with…
It was so easy renting space with roomia! We booked it the same day we wanted to move stuff in (on a Sunday) and were finally ready to unload after 8pm and getting in and out was so amazing! Like actually so easy ! Bluetooth entry using an app that literally was like magic opening all the gates and doors and locked itself! No need to book in person or consult someone from the business before being able to move in which made it so easy on such short notice for us needing to rent a space. Would highly recommend roomia to anyone in need of a storage unit.

Easy peasy
It was very easy to book a storage locker online and the staff at the facility are very welcoming. I got a walk through the facility with a staff member explaining everything and showing me my locker. It was a very quick and easy process and I would definitely recommend.
