No service - no help. Never again.

My boyfriend and I had a booking: 0002541951000, which we accidentally cancelled. We have been very honest, and the mistake happened because the language was set to Dutch (which we absolutly don’t understand) and made this “stupid” mistake.

We have called and spoken to you several times afterwards to get the booking reinstated. This was not possible and therefore we were promised to the almost the full amount refunded. This was confirmed on August 11th on phone and noted in your system.

We paid €1,600 and have received less than €200 back, and there is nothing you can do?

Your employees say many different things, and we were promised either the amount back or the booking reinstated – now we have lost both!

It is completely outrageous and unacceptable that you are not helping us. It is absolutely the most disappointing service we have ever experienced, especially when we actually wanted to keep the booking with you. Never experienced anything like it before.

We even asked if, in that case – even though we are losing both the booking and the large sum of money – that we could at least just park our car on the days we had the booking, which was also refused. I am speechless. We don’t think it’s much to ask, now that we are losing everything. This is a huge amount of money and we also need a new place to stay. 

We are truly upset about this, and therefore we unfortunately have to move forward with sharing this experience. You will not get any help here at all, dont book a stay here.
