I have bought some itens which is paid and nobody is answering me since the day of the purchase. The only contact is from email. I sent several emails with no answers back.

Absolutely disgraceful fraudulent company. The goods are cheap, poorly made and do not match the website description. I have been waiting for a month to get a refund on items I have not received.

This is a fraud company. Terrible material. Their products are made with cheap materials. They do not give access to return the products. The email link and phone numbers do not work.

Terrible quality that does NOT match the description on their site. Waited almost a month for clothing to arrive and when it did, it was cheaply made and didn’t fit properly. Very disappointing.. will not be ordering from them again. Total scam.. don’t waste your money.😗

Absolutely disgraceful fraudulent company. The goods are cheap, poorly made and do not match the website description. Have tried to return for a refund over the last 9 weeks. Firstly I had to send photos of the items even though they were not damaged just did not fit and poor quality. Then they offered me s discount to buy more items at a reduced price ( why would I spend more money on something I don’t want) weeks and weeks of contacting them asking for a returns address snd refund haven’t worked. They don’t supply their company details. Today I was told the financial manager has frozen the accounts due to the high financial transactions and manger has postponed all refunds! Kinda makes sense when I read the reviews here. Avoid this company they are not good. Still waiting for a refund of goods which are not suitable. I fear I’ve lost my money.

I had several issues with Rosacity. I was hugely disappointed in the quality of what I did receive. Cheap and definitely not linen. That was issue number one. Issue number 2 came when half of my order could not be sent even after the items were paid for. I have been trying to get a refund for items not received. Unfortunate because there are some good online companies with quality items and good communication. Rosacity is not quality or honest.

I made my order and it was paid for but the dress and top NEVER arrived. I believe the feedback I am now reading about this being a HUGE scam. Now my personal info is in the hands of a fraudulent company being run out of China! Am closing that account because of what I have read about the scam. Beware!

Told item had been delivered. It has not. No replies to emails. Shall pursue through PayPal.

One of the items (linen dress) arrived as described, not cheap polyester as other reviewers have described, quite happy with it. One pair of shorts doesn't fit brilliantly but not the websites fault. One item out of stock but they didn't contact to let me know, I had to chase them up. Overall it's not a scam, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect quality items for bargain basement prices.

Very poor quality! The items I have shopped were labeled as linen, theay are of some dubious polyester quality and very different from what they seemed to be on the pictures.
I am trying to send them back, but ist seems to be impossible to get an adress of the company and more difficult to get a refund.

Fraud company:
Received my products after registering a complaint with PayPal.
Products are not linen, cheap cotton or polyester cotton, would Not recommend to fall into trap of their beautiful website, it’s a snare.

excellent experience, arrived before the stated times, the sizes correspond to Italian measurements. I had doubts because I couldn't find any reviews. I can give a positive opinion.

Ordered several garments, sizes all over the place, some items wrong, no returns advice. Definitely not recommended.
I now write on 13th October. Although I was promised a response, nothing doing. I fear I have been taken for a ride. Just wish I had checked with trust pilot before purchasing.

Rosacity is a scam merchandising firm selling women’s fashion. They have clearly borrowed images of attractive garments , purportedly made of linen, often in vintage styles, from elsewhere , possibly another website.
But the actual product supplied is cheaply made and badly finished, bearing little resemblance to that which was advertised. It’s very doubtful that there is any linen in the textiles used for these garments, so they do not fit the advertised description at all.
These items are probably made in China. Rosacity purports to have a returns policy, but any messages sent to the email address listed on their website
are bounced back with a message to say the server cannot be contacted, so in effect the returns policy is a scam.
Also, there seems to be no way of deleting one’s account.
The garment arrived with no packing slip and the address on the parcel and that given on the website appears to be fictitious.
Do not buy anything from this website as it is a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It is a Chinese company that takes pictures of good quality products and Sents you the cheapest rubbish you can imagine.
I have the pictures to show the difference if someone wants to check.
And you need to pay the return.
