did not deliver goods that were ordered stole my money

Been waiting a month for my order and that's understandable being it came from over seas. Now my order is showing delivered but it wasn't delivered to me and the delivery company doesn't recognize the tracking number. I will definitely be filing fraud with my bank.

The top I ordered is perfect in size, colour and fit. It was well packaged with a bonus item which is much appreciated. I ordered the item November 5th and it arrived January 6th but Canada Post was on strike --maybe using another courier would have meant that it would have arrived for Christmas as intended.

Bought the black double velvet poncho, excellent quality and stylish, what you see is what you get. Highly recommend this poncho. Can't wait to buy more. Fast delivery & awesome customer service. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

I love all of Rosarini clothing as it is not only beautifully cut it is also stylish easy to wear and such a fabulous feeling knowing that whatever garment or garments to choose to wear for the day they will work so well together..

The delivery was very quick and the extra bonus was a lovely surprise.
I have had these products in the past and have found that the high-quality fabrics last for ages and have travelled all over the world with me.

These travel pants are the best. Material, cut, length of leg, non crease, light, easy care, dry overnight, comfortable to wear, the list goes on. Fortunate enough to be gifted a black pair, which I have had for a couple of years, still as good as the day I got them. I then bought the navy and wine colours myself. Cannot rate these highly enough 10/10
Packaged really well, delivery time was excellent from Hong Kong to Australia.
If you want to walk off a long haul flight, still looking stylish these are the pants you most definitely need to own.

I placed my order on the 8th December and the tracking says it’s still sitting in Hong Kong since the 12th December I was hoping for this for Christmas as I was advised it was 7-10 days for delivery very disappointed as now i have had to come up with an alternative present

Garment material was very thin and flimsy. Size was smaller than average. I ordered pants in a medium but the fit was more like small.
Bought on sale so policy was “no return”. Even sale item was very pricey for what you get. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Lovely personal attention. Great fabric and service. Fast delivery. So easy to have a capsule wardrobe for travel. Could not be happier with quality.
