Absolute scam.
Ordered an item around a month and a half ago. Extensive “tracking“ emails but as soon as the package supposedly landed in the UK all email updates stopped. The support email address provided in all correspondence comes back as undeliverable and the .co.uk website doesn’t exist.
An absolute con at every conceivable level.

Complete disappointment! I never got my delivery. No refund either. The package could not be tracked. It only showed that it has been sent from China. The customer service replied quite quickly, but did not help at all with solving the problem. Nothing but empty promises. Wouldn't recommend this "shop" to anyone.

Stole my money and sent no product. I ordered 6 months ago with absolutely no sign of the product arriving. I have contacted the company and they have requested more money to resend it. 100% a scam, do not give them your money.

Very poor . Sent sub standard product. Then tried to bargain with and persuade me not to return by offering first 10 then 20% of the product’s value. Returned product to the address given, in China! Cost £20 with tracking not heard anything since and no refund given. Do not order anything from them.

Ordered some cargo pants months ago.
Never arrived.
Endless emails on and they keep telling me they’ve been delivered.
They give me a tracking number but it doesn’t tell me who the UK courier is.
Keep asking for a refund but they haven’t yet.
Avoid !

I ordered and paid for an item from an online company called Rosea, the company are based in China, my order never arrived. Basically they labelled the package to our road only, no house name. It appears they don't understand that some UK properties have a name not a number. They want to charge me for the shipping costs they incurred for something that they can't even tell me who the courier company was and that I never received. A company to avoid with pathetic customer services

I ordered a product from Rosea in November 2024 which was advertised as shipping from the USA. After payment, I received a tracking number that showed it was being delivered to somewhere in Birmingham, which wasn’t even my address. I disputed this with Rosea but they responded telling me I needed to wait and that the order would be delivered soon. I have never to this day received the items I ordered in November!

I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the seller suddenly provided them with a different (and more than likely false) tracking number which states it was shipped from China and was delivered to my address on a date which I know I was in all day.

Despite contacting my local post office, neighbours, and checking thoroughly, it’s clear the item was never delivered. I also have a Ring doorbell and this was also checked, no one came to my door that day. I’ve also received no help or refund for either Rosea or PayPal, and the seller has completely ignored my concerns.

Rosea is dishonest, and the whole thing feels like a scam. I’m now having to escalate this further with the UKICC just to try and get my money back. Be warned – do not buy from them.

I gave the Company 2 stars Because their communication was reasonable they always do come back to me although with a two or three day time lapse I suspect time zone issues as they are most certainly based in China although the goods says it's shipped from America I doubt this very much however...
I bought two pairs of cargo pants and there are a number of issues the delivery times for these was around five weeks that's absolutely incredible and the second issue when I paid for the items it did not mention VAT until I checked out I noticed that the VAT was covertly added....NOT COOL.
When the trousers arrived I found the quality was so poor so shockingly thin for £19.99 each (The exact same on Temu is £4.99) But that's okay everyone wants to make a profit fair play however the goods has got to meet the person's expectation and clearly this didn't I have requested to return the item for a full refund and they have replied to me that the product is what I ordered and they're offering me as a goodwill gesture £4.00.
"Goodwill Gesture" The return policy on their website stated nothing to this effect it says clearly if you don't want the item return it for a full refund now they are trying to turn the tables I don't know if I will fight with them because I don't have the wearital for this.
I wouldn't go as far as to say this company is a scam I've seen people passing this assertion I just say this is a company who is trying to make a big buck selling very cheap goods for a lot of money and it hurts their profit when you return it but that's the nature of business, I most certainly will not buy anything from them again that's my experience.

Goods far inferior than they would have you believe, takes forever for them to be delivered (nearly 2 months in my case). Company fob you off every time you ask for a refund. Avoid this company at all costs or deal with them at your peril.

Most of the 4/5 star reviews are obviously
faked due to the misuse of grammar and have somehow slipped through the TrustPilot algorithm for “Verifying Users” so beware…the 1 star raters are in the majority and we all say the same thing.

Crap product/Crap Delivery Times/Crap Communication!!!!

I ordered pants 2 months ago they have never arrived sent many emails but no response. Tracking keeps saying in Belfast. They think I’m going to forget but I won’t these scammers need to be investigated

I ordered a parcel almost 2 months ago, it never arrived. I checked tracking, its been in Birmingham for the past month.
I contacted their costumer service and they gave me a different tracking, now it says its in London.
They r fraudsters. Avoid!!

Not received order. Ordered 9th march. Now 22nd April.

Don’t touch with a barge pole. They fail to sent out orders probably hoping you forget and don’t contact them.
I am now trying to get a refund for none delivery but got a feeling it will be a prolonged process.

Having originally placed an order two months ago ( March), it has finally arrived. ( late April). I suspect his company has been badly let down by its carriers. They kindly reordered and this package arrived today ( about 2 weeks after reorder). To be fair, they did respond immediately to my enquiries and did contact the original postage company. It’s the latter who let them ( and me) down.

Hence I have deleted my original review. I just hope they now use a more reliable company for their deliveries from China.

FUMING.,AVOID THIS SITE.. Ordered cargo trousers for my husband, what a pile of 💩 material is cheap and nasty, wouldn't even fit my 13 year old grandson let alone my husband, cost over £60 with shipping, emailed them to say I want to return and a full refund, after waiting over 5 weeks for items, to receive something that looks cheap is an understatement, STAY CLEAR GUYS...

Ordered a pair of green army style cargo trousers. Wish I hadn’t ! Poor quality. Straight to the charity shop without even wearing them to do the bins.

Ordered some 'high magnetic' screwdriver bits from them. They took weeks to arrive, and when I opened them I discovered they were not even slightly magnetic, so I rejected them under the Sale of Goods Act as unfit for purpose and not as described. The company are being very awkward and only offering a partial refund of £2, which I have refused to accept and told them I want to return the goods for a full refund. Terrible company, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHEATS.

They will send you a cheap rubbish copy of the real thing, they pretended to ship from the USA but in reality it was shipped from china

Avoid at all costs. Items poor quality, can’t return item or obtain refund told to “keep the product and and give it to someone else”.

Despite sending out an order quoted at 19.99 plus shipping they charged vat on the whole order retrospectively - only discovered when I checked my paypal account. Goods ordered and confirmed on 17/02/25 only arrived on 07/03/25. Goods were of very poor quality and not as pictured on their website.
