Basically a scam company

Basically a scam company. Sent me "tracking updates" but the parcel never arrived. They said it was delivered, but could not provide any evidence, or even tell me who the courier was. Refused to refund. Not UK based, despite .co.uk domain. Reported to authorities, for what it's worth.

Do not buy from this company

Ordered items on 14th December from rosea.co.uk

I then received tracking information that showed the goods were being sent from the USA and would arrive mid-January. After complaining that this would take too long, as they were meant to be Christmas presents, I was told to wait until goods arrived.

It's now the 18th January, the tracking hasn't updated since the 11th, and once again after complaining and asking for my money back, I'm told to wait to receive my order.

Do not buy from this company. They do not follow proper customer service processes.

Scam!

Ordered in November for my daughter’s Christmas present. With a UK website address I thought I was buying from a UK company. Could have ordered from Amazon with free next day delivery, but thought I was supporting a UK company.

Tracking started saying it was from USA and it arrived in Lincoln, UK, on 25th Dec. Have had no more information since then. It was 2 medical cards that would fit in a small envelope. My daughter is a student paramedic about to go on ambulance placement. Help with reading ECGs would have been really useful for her studies.

No response to my email from the company. Have now learned they are in China. Feels like I’ve been scammed.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not a scam, but rips off other companies

After reading reviews on here I was a bit worried I'd been scammed. I saw an ad on FB for a book journal and bought it.
It did eventually come but took 6 weeks. Customer service is a bit crap, but I did get it and it's a nice journal.
This company didn't make the original however so it is a rip off. Wish I'd known before as I would have ordered from the original company

I bought a stationery-based advent…

I bought a stationery-based advent calendar for my daughter based on a video on Instagram. The advent calendar received looked as expected until my daughter opened the drawers. The content is absolute junk that is worse than you would expect to receive in a Christmas cracker. Most items were nothing more than printed cardboard. One item was a Christmas card that was printed upside down without an envelope. Another was an 11cm ruler printed on paper. The drawers become increasingly disappointing as the days go by. The final drawer contained two paper-clips. Very sad.

Some research has shown that the video presented is for a legitimate advent calendar produced by another firm. Rosea is using the same video to mis-sell their knock-off product from China. The contents shown in the video are not included in the product.

Update on purchase.

**for everyone saying PayPal wouldn’t refund as you received the item, change your case title from item not received to item received not as described***

Update on purchase.
PayPal have been amazing. They’ve refunded me the £20 postage that it cost to send item back to seller because the seller is now refusing to accept the parcel back, despite asking for return of item in exchange for refund (attempted delivery at least 5 times now according to the tracking).

Paypal have also said case will go in my favour due to me following all of the prompts whereas the seller has done nothing but provide fake tracking, rubbish items and then be awkward by requesting a return and then not accepting it at door.

Paypal representative also stated they’re now looking into the sellers conduct, and if they see they have broken their agreement they’ll be ending their partnership with them so PayPal will no longer be offered on the website.

Complete scam from Instagram ad

A formula 1 calendar was advertised to be for a "superfan" The person in the ad make the calendar look great. However, after ordering the product took over a month to arrive. The delivery details stated it was in customs which was just random locations about 6 days at a time. The calendar came and it was just absolute rubbish quality. Firstly, the product was thinner than advertised. So I knew something was wrong immediately as the car on the front is cut off. The images are printed on cheap card. About 10 of the 12 months. The images are all blurry. Some even look pixelated with blocks of white covering cars. The dates on the calendar are wrong. Las Vegas is put in twice once where it should be and then again over Qatar. It states to have all the driver's birthdays. Some names are completely wrong. Lance stroll is named Lance strati.

The dates that have the races the country's flag is faded on several days.
Overall, for a calendar which is for a race superfan I would be nothing but super embarrassed as an F1 fan and having another fan coming into my home and seeing this calendar. It's a complete embarrassment to the sport and the company should be ashamed for selling something like this. They also took an extra £4 off my card which did not show on the receipt email. I saw several other people say this and did not realise until I checked myself after seeing it on another review. They emailed me back and stated it was an error and I had been refunded once I bought it but this was not the case. I never noticed this until over a week later and when I send the emails stating they had taken the money they sent it back as soon as my email was sent.

I refuse to send this calendar back and await my refund as it took so long to get here. I have sent an email requesting an immediate refund as even if I did send the calendar back it could not be resold as the dates are around. The driver's names are wrong and the quality is faulty advertised. The company should be reported to trading standard.

Would also like to add that all the 5-4 star reviews are fake. They all have 1 review posted and are from the US and this is because it is a US company. Filter all the reviews and they do not have one good review from outside of the US.

Scam chinese company with bad products

I fell for this scam company sadly. Advert on Facebook just before Christmas for a F1 Calendar that shows all the dates for the races and sits on a little f1 car stand. Ordered for my son for Christmas in early December. Took 4 weeks to arrive as the company is based in Guangdong, China but no mention of this when ordering. When it arrived there was no stand, and the calendar was a joke. All the race dates were wrong. Just 12 pieces of useless incorrect card. Customer service were willing to offer me £3 compensation (eventually upped to a mighty £4) or, at my expense, I could return it to them in China via tracked and insured postage. I said the item was faulty and meaningless but this issue was not directly addressed and just kept offering me £3 back. I paid £20 for 12 sheets of separate card and this was the best they could do.

Absolutely don't buy from this company.
Formula 1 calendar 2025.
Wasn't from the UK, wasn't what I ordered, all it is, is pieces of card with dates on that don't correspond with the F1 dates. Asked for a refund they offered £3 for a £20 transaction. Paypal wouldn't give refund before they say the item was delivered. Be aware. Don't get scammed!
Wouldn't give 1 star but it doesn't let you do ZERO!

Not a uk company, items arrive from usa eventually. Damaged, incorrect info on the item, poor pixilated graphics, I was offered £5 compensation when I paid £18. More than they said it was. Absolute scammers do not order from this site.

After ordering a 24 days Stationary…

After ordering a 24 days Stationary Advent Calendar, I read reviews which roused my suspicion. After communicating through paypal, the seller changed their name. I was told it was in transit and too late to cancel. I had a feeling it was a scam, when the item arrived (from China) it was clear it was a fake. The quality is very poor, the gifts inside were shocking eg. A paper ruler, cards printed upside down. This was NOT the product I saw advertised.
I later learned from the genuine seller'Martha Brooks' who posted about websites copying her products. There was also a segment on ITV's This Morning show highlighting the differences between the two products.
The main difference being the genuine product has the name Charlotte on the box. ALL the fake ones have the name Francesca. ( which is the one I have)
Needless to say I will be raising the issue with Paypal
