Over charged me (price different that was charged to the checkout price!) be careful!
Also my calendar had two number fourteens. It was a gift so this is embarrassing. I’ve written to them three times to no avail. Also not the best items. I have a company and I can’t believe someone is happy that their company has such awful reviews and customer service!!!

Ordered a book adventure calendar calendar. Item arrived weeks after expected delivery, (November) arrived 18th December. I tried to cancel order once got my tracking details and realised being shipped from outside the UK.said I Couldn’t cancel just told to wait for it. It was not what I ordered, I ordered 24 paperback individual books in a boxed advent calendar £38.17. What I received were tiny plastic coated holy bibles, 24 of them in the advent box. Asking for refund now, been sent email asking if I tried it on! Absolutely avoid this company.

Absolute joke. Agree with all previous reviews regarding the advent calendar.

I ordered an item but I got email with wrong tracking number and never received the item so I request a refund many times but didn't get any response yet.

Avoid this website at all costs. The worst stationery advent calendar I have ever seen! Awful printing, pens with no ink and an empty number 24… don’t waste your time or money

Absolute joke of a company. Makes it look as though you are ordering from UK but my gift which was intended for Christmas was coming from Canada and is still in US customs (allegedly)!! Complete con

Duped into buying what looks like a lovely advent calendar but is in fact a waste of money filled with absolutely nothing to be excited about at Christmas. even the Christmas card was printed upside down. Cardboard bookmarks a couple of stickers definitely not worth the money. This company must be laughing all the way to the bank. Shame on them.

cards with random quotes on just a waste of money

Bought two advent calendars, absolutely rubbish, scam company, does not deliver what is advertised, despite ordering from rosea.co.uk the goods took over a mint. To arrive from outside the uk. Would never deal with this company again

For those of you waiting for the stationary advent calendar you haven’t missed anything. It’s rubbish. Just off cuts of card. Some of the cards are printed the wrong way round, the 6th day was totally missing, lots of boxes are empty - it’s total tat. I also thought it was a UK company too - have been totally scammed.
Update: after much to-ing and fro-ing I got a £12 refund. Better than nothing I suppose but will NEVER use this company again and will teach me to check more thoroughly before I buy.

This company have stolen our embroidery kit design which we discontinued back in November. We are a small business and they have taken our design and trying to sell it as theirs, all the images belong to us and the video they are sharing on Ads is my hands stitching the kit. All taken from our social media and website.
Total scam, reporting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. They have copied multiple genuine small businesses.

I wish I could give zero stars! Utterly useless company. Ordered an advent calendar on 6th November, still not received. Excuse after excuse, blaming customs, weather, carrier……you name it, it’s been blamed.

The most pathetic scam website! They don’t even try to come across as legit, their “customer service” is atrocious and they likely have 1 brain cell between the bunch from the email correspondence and the poor attempt at fake positive reviews on here. Abysmal.

Do not under any circumstances order from this company. Ordered an advent calender mid November still hasn't arrived. I thought this was a UK company it's not the goods come from China. Customer Service is worse than useless they just don't get that an Advent calender starts on the 1st Dec constantly blame shipping delays etc etc etc . Can't get any satisfaction at all an absolute waste of space of a company

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order (which was not cheap!) on 6 October and I still haven’t received it. I have chased many times and asked for a refund but keep getting fobbed off with excuses that it’s the carrier’s fault and it is still in transit. Absolutely disgraceful service. I will not be buying from this company again and suggest that nobody else does either!

I bought a stationery advent calendar which looked amazing with lots of goodies inside (I’m a sucker for anything stationery). It took six weeks to arrive but that was fine because advent had not started. It came from the US which I thought was odd as the email was .co.uk and the item branded Martha Brook of London. The calendar when it arrived felt smaller and lighter than I had expected (I mean note pads and pens can weigh quite a bit and this is what the advert had shown). So I had a peek at some of the items and to say I was disappointed is an understatement!! What’s was included was a pathetic amount of stationery and mainly paper-based items by which I mean two paper stars with illegible writing on them no bigger than a 50p piece in one day, two of the tiniest reels of washi tape, the size of a 10p piece, which the naked eye could not make out the design and then several Christmas cards in different days, which weren’t even A7 size, with no envelopes, so even if you kept them to send next year, they were useless and one was even printed upside down!! I complained, and complained and complained to their ‘customer service’ who kept insisting for me to return for a refund would be at my considerable expense, but they did not at any point send me the details to do so. I eventually settled on a refund of half the value £12, it wasn’t even worth that, but I have chalked it down to experience and will never buy from a company advertising on Facebook or Instagram ever again!!

If you're going to write fake 5 star reviews at least stop writing the same thing over and over again 🤣🤣

Complete Scam. Goods were never sent and refund has been refused. AVOID!!!
