This company is ridiculous

This company is ridiculous! Order was placed on the 10th feb which was purchased with fast shipping (3-5days). The order was not even processed by the end of those 5 days which i then communicated with the customer service team who were no help at all to where my order was. I then asked for a full refund which they refused and only offered 70%. I then decided to wait to see if it would come. It did not. Its now 2 months later and still no order received so now i am waiting for my refund. Do not buy from this company its ridiculous!

I bought a personalised easter egg that was described as jumbo 30cm tall and it was the size of my hand. The company never responded to my emails. I took it further with paypal and after disputing this I got my money back through PayPal. Paypal now have Roseinside on their watch list as a company they will remove in the future. Roseinside try and get out of offering refunds due to their items being personalised and this not within the paypal policy. I fought until I got my money back and thankfully did. The personalisation on the egg was shit anyway it was just a sticker. They're a typical cheap asian supplier and should go out of business for how they operate and ghost you when they know they've lied on their website about the product you actually get. really happy PayPal reopened and disputed the case and they gave me my money back. Please report to paypal this company for any issues so PayPal can remove them from their list of trusted companies so others don't continue to be scammed.

I ordered a belt personalized belt from these people and it took forever to get it when I did get it it wasn't even the belt I ordered. It was some kind of cheap plastic thing that was 12 inches longer than I ordered the name was on the side of the belt and you couldn't even see it. I sent an email telling them about it. They sent me an email back asking me to take pictures of what I received and send back to them I took pictures of the belt from all different angles tried to send them back to them but they had blocked me somehow. The email couldn't reach them I'm a retired army Sergeant I don't have money to keep buying stuff like that I think it was awful sorry of that company to do that so people please look somewhere else to do your business.

Absolutely wasted my money on this site
Ordered a baby blanket picture showed a pure white baby blanket really nice but what I recieved was horrible and certainly nothing like the picture.
A refund is what I am wanting now as this blanket looks like a large cloth, yellowing edges and dingy looking.

I've purchased 3 chains so far. Will without doubt be purchasing more. The quality and and product you receive is amazing. Takes 3 weeks approximately but we'll worth the wait.. Each piece I received was beautiful couldn't ask for better.

Surpringly excellent!

While the ring design (text etc.)is a bit on the small side, you cannot fault the product at that price. It is ideal for me and just what I wanted. It looks good, fits well, and arrived promptly. I would recommend.

False description

I ordered a personalized leather toiletry bag with a monogram. The description clearly said it was leather and the original cost was over $100. What I received is pure Plastic, very cheap and impossible to give us a gift. I’m asking for a refund, but they only offer me 50%, as according to them it is OK. This however, is false advertising product is clearly stated to be leather.

I’m very unimpressed with the time it took for my parcel to arrive especially I paid £10 for urgent delivery which was suppose to take 5 business days as it clearly states in your website and it’s took over 2 weeks to get her with little tracking information and not nearly enough updates. I’m requesting a refund for the delivery as it’s not appropriate at all that I paid that much

Baby Blankets Not as pictured at all so disappointed! Low quality and nothing at all matching what it was described as! Nothing is what was shown not even the material or even the embroidery.
In emails they refuse full refunds despite business and consumer laws! Its been 4 days arguing for my money back!
Never again AVOID i will be warning on every advertisement that nobody buys from them ever again i still haven’t got a refund and now reported them to force action
