Fantastic product! Took longer to receive than expected, but between Chinese New Year and tougher import reviews, I suppose that's to be expected.

The process of searching for the perfect doll took 5 months. I decided to go with Rosemary because it made the process not as overwhelming.
I started my ordering process on a Wednesday. I was having problems and contacted customer service. I got an email follow up almost immediately and to my surprise got a call that night. The very kind and knowledgeable representative helped me and I placed my order.
I got frequent e-mail updates on my order and to my surprise it showed up Saturday morning. 👍👍👍
NOW…….. for my doll.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 she is sooooo beautiful. Looked just like the pics on the site. Her body just what I was hoping for. Soft skin, wonderful breast and backside. She’s gorgeous. For a near 70 guy, she makes me happy.

I'm fairly new to this community but so far on this site I've had to reach out for an in stock order and have a custom order in progress as well and the communication is clear, friendly and professional! The quality of the in stock model I ordered (Cecilia) is beyond expectation, it came in a box with a transport bag and foaming fit for the model, ideal for storage, moving around and discretion! Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for quality :)

Sue is a fantastic communicator and never let you down with any question or concern you may have. The product, in my case, 163cm size F Top Fire brand, is an unbelievable doll! Those people are creating magic by bringing those dolls so close to reality! Big credits and thumbs up to them! And now, the fun begins…. 😁

Doll is very accurate in terms of looks. Quality seems good. Upgrades are not great though. Sucking function doesnt work at all. Moaning and speaking also not good. Difficult to find small enough clothes to fit doll. Not impressed for price of upgrades. Doll price without upgrades is fair.

Mi compra en esta tienda ha sido buena, tiene muy buena variedad, muy buenos precios, la atención al cliente es lo mejor y todo muy rápido, no le doy las 5 por qué la página web va bastante mal, tiene muchos problemas de visualización de contenido, de filtros / botones que no van y que el producto que recibí, clavado a las fotos, ha tenido algún inconveniente en muy poco tiempo de uso, para mí review de lo que compré, está en la web y en el foro si se busca (Sigafun 159cm Sydney...), con mi mismo nombre, aquí solo está mi review centrada en la tienda.

My shopping experience at this store has been good. They have a really good variety, great prices, awesome customer service, and everything was very fast. I'm not giving them 5 stars because the website runs pretty poorly; it has a lot of issues displaying content, and there are filters and buttons that just don't work. Also, the product I received (which looked exactly like the photos) has had a few issues after very little use. You can find my review of the item I actually bought in the web and forum, searching (sigafun 159-Sydney...), same name; this review is solely focused on the store itself.
