It was my first time ordering something like this online and while it was a bit nerve wracking, the customer service was not only exceptional but also very helpful and reassuring. You will get exactly what you pay for and the communication from the customer service team will help to quell any misgivings you may have when making an order. The one thing you need to take into account as a customer is that these are real people not robots. They have a schedule and you have to respect that. If you don’t get a response in an hour, you’re not being ignored they just have other tasks at the moment. JoyStick was my customer service representative and they were very helpful in the shipping and delivery process. They answered just about every question I had and provided responses in a timely manner ,within 24-48 hours. Definitely worth every dollar spent and the exceptional customer service and support was a very nice reassurance

The wait time for the head was over a month but after talking with support they threw in a free head and wig! The body arrived in a week. At first I was skeptical but in the end everything worked out and I am satisfied. Sholto was very helpful and response time was fast.

I have previously owned 2 dolls from other vendors,but they turned out to be not that great.I chose Rosemarydoll for a change,as they outstand from other vendors.Both Candy and Raven are the best agents i chatted with😊. Haven't received my doll yet, I'm patiently waiting for her to arrive!

That said, the service provided by the Customer Service Team, especially Sue, was beyond comparison. She was with me every step of the way.I don't think there is a better company out there.

I just purchased a doll from Rosemary doll. I have purchased dolls in the past as well. It was the Real-Lady line. Asian Sex Doll RL150 R11 Alara Natural.

Top of the line I must say!That is aside from this review. But anyone considering a doll for the first time, the Real-Lady quality can't be beat.

Anyway...My review is about the amazing customer service from Rosemary Doll...Sue in particular. I don't think I have ever had such attentive service from anyone, EVER! I'm a picky and skeptical person, so my needs were specific and detailed. I expressed worry constantly about what I was getting. When you buy a doll, that's it. No turning back.

I counted the email transactions between Sue and myself. Over 100!!! She was so patient and responsive to all my needs and concerns. Not once did she ignore an email. No matter how serious my concern was. Instant reply's. Well, 13 hours from each email, but that's due to the massive time change.

From helping me pick a doll that would fit my needs in terms of weight, body type etc, to coordinating with pictures and videos to make sure I was completely satisfied. I was constantly adding things I wanted and subtracting. I think I am the biggest pain the ass customer out there. Sue was so patient and always pleasant. She always had detailed messages that answered the exact question I had. You know how some customer support teams only give you half the answer when you spell it out clearly? Not with Sure. Bullet points on the equations I had with the answers.

So as you can see...I am very happy with the service from Sue. I feel so comfortable ordering my next doll from Rosemary Doll. Spending that kind of money requires some peace of mind.
