Very poor quality earrings for the…

Very poor quality earrings for the price they are asking. Basically not even worth half the price. My earrings tarnished after 2 wears & all the Company can offer me when I emailed to advise of tarnishing was a cleaning cloth. I will not purchase from them again.

I absolutely love the earrings I…

I absolutely love the earrings I purchased! They arrived in a timely manner as well. I really really loved the personal touches. Like my name handwritten on a thank you note as well as on the box that my item was shipped in. Those type of personal touches make me feel important so thank you. I will definitely be ordering again soon!

Hi Sonja, your package was shipped out on 29 May. Standard shipping usually takes around 7-18 business days to Europe. We have mentioned it on every product page. It's still in the shipping time frame. According to the updated status on 12 Jun, your package is already at Germany. Did you check the tracking status?

The quality of the earrings is horrible and your return policy is pathetic excuse the covid excuse has to stop!!!!! .I will never purchase anything from this company.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your earrings. In the email, you mentioned the earrings don't fit your ear, but we have already explained ear threaders should be fit all size of ears.

And hope you can understand in the interest of hygiene and for protection of all customers, earrings, and pierced jewelry are excluded from exchange and return. This exclusion arises from Health and Safety consideration and to prevent spread of possible infections. It's not excuse, most of the jewellery companies don't offer return on pierced jewellery due to health and hygiene regulations.

For non-pierced jewellery, we welcome exchange or return if you change your mind.

Disappointing

I used to order many earrings here because of their designs. What a shame. All 4 recent earrings I ordered are very disappointing. All are very very small, not look like in the pictures at all. How could anyone wear them? Maybe for a baby ? I don’t understand what has happened.

You have just lost me as your client.

Your recent order was our latest 1 piercing into 2 collection, all of them are bendable to make it easier to wear to fit different thickness of ear lobe. You can try to bend it gently to wear it, after you twist it, you can adjust the space of the hoop.
