I cant testify to the product as I'm just a husband who bought it for my wife but what I can testify to is the amazing customer service you will get once you order the product. Had to change the delivery address and they made it happen so quickly. They are super friendly and super helpful!
So so sweet. They answered to my emails, helped me when I had questions to payment options, and just overall so kind. I did recommend them to family and friends already just with how kind they were and can’t wait to see results once it arrives!! But yeah customer support here is definitely 5 stars. I actually didn’t even think they’d reply to my email, because usually that just doesn’t happen. But they answered every time and quite fast, too!
All the ads I saw before purchasing that product were mentioning that it could fight the facial hairs linked to PCOS (that I’m suffering from), with testimonies of ladies stating that it did wonder…hence why I bought it, but after more than 4 months of use (3/4 times a week) I don’t see any result at all !

While their product didn’t work for me, the customer service team was truly phenomenal. Not only did they honor their warranty, they extended it for me to give me more time with the ipl device to see if it worked for me, which tells me they really do believe in their product. When it still didn’t work after the extension, they fully honored the warranty, as well as offering additional options. I’ve never had another company do that. I’m giving 4 stars because the actual product was not effective for me, but the customer service is like a million stars.

I had a great experience, not only with the products, but with customer service. I bought the Lumi a few months ago and I HIGHLY recommend! It works great and I saw less hair growth each week. I loved this product so much that I thought to try more of their products, so I added the Petal Device and Lotion. However, my gift card wasn’t working, so I contacted their customer service and they responded within a few hours. They were so easy to work with and made sure the customer was satisfied. HIGHLY recommend this brand and their products!!

I had to request a refund during the 90 day money back period and the advisors (Chalene and Ruvel) were so helpful, kind and sympathetic to my reasoning.
They told me my options and after I confirmed I was happy to pay the postage back to Canada, I received another email stating they had processed my refund and not to worry about sending the item back. I was blown away.

I had salon laser appointments before lumi and I can say that lumi is so much better. It is not painful like the salon treatments and just as effective if not better. At first the results from salon treatments seemed good but after a while it seemed to wear off and I wasn't getting the results I wanted for the amount of times I had gone. Then I stopped going because of how sore it was. Now, after a couple of weeks of using lumi my hair has started falling out. Definitely worth the money👌

I had an unfortunate happening with a delivery, and my product was not delivered at the proper address. Rose Skin Co was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I received everything that I ordered, and was in touch with me every step of the way. I must say the product did not disappoint. I purchased an expensive item from RoseSkinCo. for my daughter for her birthday. A tracking email said it had arrived. But when I returned home I couldn't find it anywhere. I emailed RoseSkinCo. after 9pm and had a very helpful, kind and thoughtful reply almost immediately! I was abit dismayed at there being no phone contact but the email contact was so responsive, even out of hours. Is this too good to be true? Anyway, needless to say, the item had been delivered and the problem was a bit of marital dissonance regarding what had occurred. Continued further lovely emails from the company despite my time wasting!
I was skeptical at first but having a 90-day money back guarantee convinced me to give it a go. So glad I did! A little over two months in and I can tell a major difference in the hair growth on my legs! Much more sparse and growing slower! You must be patient and consistent but it definitely pays off!

I ordered a product off of RoseSkinCo but decided to cancel my order as it was a bit of an impulse buy and as a college student, any money counts. I emailed the company asking if I could cancel my order. They replied that they couldn't guarantee cancellation at this stage, but contacted the shipping service and asked why I cancelled my order and if they could do anything to help. I explained why and they put my order on hold for 24 hours and even offered me a discount, but I just couldn't justify spending the money right now.
Their responses were prompt, and they replied at the weekend. I wasn't even expecting to receive any email until Monday. So I was very satisfied with their customer service.
