If I could give a negative review I would. I have no idea if the product works because, like others, I never received it. It was delivered to the wrong house and I'm not even sure it was the correct neighborhood. I emailed Roseskin and after multiple back and forth, was told to contact the delivery company, piggyship, for a lost claim id. First, piggyship said they would get the driver to retrieve the package and redeliver. Yeah, right. The photo showed the package was left on a dark porch in the middle of the night. Then I was told to email piggyship for a lost claim id because customer service didn't have that info. Naturally, the email address I was given was incorrect. I don't know which company is worse, piggyship for it's incompetence or Roseskin for using them. I have to now dispute the charge with my credit card as Roseskin is a scam.

Very friendly staff, I originally ordered this for my partner but we unfortunately split up so had to cancel it last order. Staff was there for me and very responsive would definitely recommend as their products do look amazing
They reply to my email by the next morning, and not with a “nope we can’t do anything.” like most companies do. They look into it even though they couldn’t refund and cancel the order, they explained that it was already shipped out. Also the communication was professional and not robotic. Also provided me the tracking number as well without me needing to request.
I must admit I was very sceptical about whether this would work especially since I went for professional hair removal last year and I was not happy with the result.
I was gladly proven wrong.
This works like a dream. I've noticed far less growth. It is easy to use. Quick and efficient. Very easy to carry if you're going on a trip for a few days.
The rose gold/pink colour is beautiful (I know it's a vain thing but it is easy on the eye).

I had wonderful Customer Service with my last order. They were very responsive to my inquiry and settled my request quickly!
I purchased the Rose Skin hair remover after moving away from my wax specialist. Now living in Hawaii, I wanted something that could limit my shaving needs and thought this was the perfect fit. WRONG!
I used it twice/week as instructed, for 8 weeks. I only worked on one leg and one side of my bikini line so I could see the difference in hair growth. After 8 weeks - nothing!
I reached out to the company to return it - they have a 90 day money back guarantee. I heard back quickly, but instead of return info, they began grilling me on how often I really used it, my hair color, was I shaving, etc. I confirmed the details and asked for return info only to get an offer to extend my trial period. Again, I declined the offer. Instead of a quick response, I've heard nothing. CRICKETS! I've sent 3 messages, only to have them go ignored. I'm sure they are hoping we'll get to the 90 day mark so they can deny my refund.
Don't waste you time and money and don't believe all the fake reviews out there!! SCAM!!!

If you are planning to gift their product, plan ahead and buy weeks before the event! Mine frustratingly went missing because I had posted an incorrect country code. USPS was useless and the first person I talked to from this company was polite but was not so helpful. I was asked to follow the same instruction several times until their supervisor stepped in. I never asked for her but I'm glad she was there.
I needed to bring the product with me to Colombia so not having my order before I leave was extremely frustrating. I also thought they have phone support. I was desperate and in a hurry. I'm a custodian with a pwd son and I also care for my elderly mom so talking to multiple people over email with no clear resolution made me feel hopeless.
Special thanks to the supervisor I talked to. Thank you for taking care of me and for explaining how I got the wrong country code. I kept asking about that but no one from your team gave a clear answer except you, Sheena. Please excuse my rudeness.

I had to cancel my order last minute. Every representative that I spoke with was extremely helpful in getting my order canceled and ensuring my money was refunded in a timely manner. Also, my daughter uses this product and says it’s amazing!

If you have PCOS, I wouldn’t waste your money. I bought this specifically as it used people with PCOS in the advertising, and I thought it would help with my hair growth. I’ve been using it consistently since I bought it at the beginning of the year, and I’ve now given up because it’s clearly not working. Even on my leg hair it’s not made a difference. I did contact about returning it, but then was told to give it more of a chance, which I’ve done and sadly it’s not worked out and the returns period has long expired, so just a bit of a waste of time and money. Really agonised for ages over spending the money on this and I’m really disappointed to have wasted such a large amount (not large to some people but to me, a LOT of money.)

I tried to return my product because of the awful odor (never even used it) and was offered half off instead of the hassle of doing a return. I waited over a week and still haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. I’m getting my cc involved and just going to return to sender. Horrible customer service.

I rarely write reviews but this time it's warranted. Sadly my original order was lost by Evri but the customer service team went over and beyond to help 1) track down my lost order and then 2) when it could not be located, they sent me a replacement without the usual runaround. The staff were proactive, so helpful and consistently kept in contact without me having to chase them. I received my new order and it looks impressive.
After my package getting lost in the mail, Skye from RoseSkinCo was really helpful and quick with replying to my emails. Their customer service is great and I look forward to trying my new Lumi once it arrives 💕
It doesn’t work. The customer service at this company is great, which is why you see so many positive reviews because people don’t come back years later to review the actual results. I used it consistently for almost a year. It slows down regrowth, but doesn’t stop it. So the moment you stop using it, your hair goes back to normal. In other words, unless you want to do this every week for the rest of your life, just pay for laser.

The original device had been defective. I contacted customer service and they were quick to get me in touch with the right people. After sending in a video of the defective product, it only took two days for them to ship out a replacement product. Everyone I’ve talked to have been super friendly and quick.
