I ordered 5L Isopropyl Alcohol IPA…

I ordered 5L Isopropyl Alcohol IPA Prime99 99.9% – High Purity, but instead received some beauty products. I returned the package to the pickup point and sent ROSFIX/CDON a photo of the package with the label.

Now it has been over a week since I reported the issue, and they keep stalling, saying they are waiting for a response from DHL. I asked them to send me the product I originally ordered because I actually need it, but they refused.

Extremely poor service. I will never shop there again, and I will tell everyone I know never to order from ROSFIX/CDON.

If someone from ROSFIX/CDON happens to see this review, I might consider removing it if you send me my item ASAP—but my patience is simply running out. 😤
