A helpful and professional team.
I called to report a problem. The office gave me a name, date and time window that suited myself. Jason arrived as stated and curiously listened to my problem. He carefully took my wheelchair to his van to address the issue. He returned with the repaired chair and made sure it was setup correctly for myself. He had set it up as I had it before and I was happy with the work. He was a very plesent and polite gentleman, who performed his work with professionalism and respect. I highly recommend him and Ross Care for a job well done.

My partner had Hugh as our engineer, an we can’t fault him he’s wonderful takes his time, on the job he’s completing.

Ready for my holiday now.
When my wheelchair arrived there were no clips under the arms so today Sean Taylor came and fitted them. He was friendly and showed us how to remove them if we needed to. Then left and wished us a happy holiday
