Where to begin!! From the very first meeting we had with Sophie, she was professional and friendly - she designed our dream kitchen with our vision and must haves, along with helpful advice and practical ideas to create the perfect social/family kitchen.

Even once we’d had the kitchen delivered and I requested a couple of changes, Sophie acted on this promptly and managed to make this possible, and even arranged for the extra material to be delivered the same day.

We unfortunately ran into a lot of problems with our builders/work men - the Rossendale team (Joanne, Sophie, Andy) went above and beyond providing advice and support and doing their absolute utmost to make sure our kitchen and utility was fitted to the highest standard. They even contacted and arranged for some of their fitters to take over the job so that this could be achieved!

Throughout the whole process the contact has been fast and reliable. The materials supplied are amazing quality and look beautiful. The kitchen is everything we dreamed it would be.

We honestly cannot recommend Rossendale Interiors enough. Their customer service is outstanding and we felt so safe with them, particularly when all our issues started with rogue construction men. They truly look after each client as if you’re family!

Thank you so much, and we can’t wait to work with you again in our next/future house for round 2!!

My wife and I have just had a new kitchen installed. When we went to the showroom to look at the different displays and had a very enjoyable experience. We were able to walk around and ask questions with no pressure at all from the courteous staff who work there. In fact, before we made our final decision on which kitchen to have we had gone back on at least four occasions. I have to say that Erin the lady who helped us was first class, nothing was too much trouble for her and I sure we must have tested the poor girls patience many times.
If you do decide to get a kitchen from JJ Omerods then definitely deal with Erin.
The fitting was first class as well. We are really pleased with everything as nothing was too much trouble. When there were a few concerns they were addressed immediately as well.

The team at Rossendale Interiors have been amazing. Joanne spent time with us talking through our budget and preferences. She explained the fitting process from start to finish, and the project run to plan. Any issues were cleared up without any drama. The fitter, electricians , floorer and plasterers were a pleasure to have around and I have no reservations in recommending them. Joanne sent us images of our kitchen and it looks just like our finished project. If anyone is in the market for a new kitchen give Joanne a call, she is passionate about her work, and loves her customers to be happy.

From the first visit and design plans everything was taken care of, all the tradesmen were first class,any minor issues were very quickly resolved ,if you want a top quality kitchen and first class service you need to use this company

jo the kitchen designer listened to what we wanted and gave some great input if she felt something could be better. Absolutely fabulous team of fitters electricians etc. Nothing too much bother polite and professional. really pleased with our new kitchen

Our fabulous new kitchen is now finished and we are absolutely delighted with it. Rossendale Interiors were recommended by a friend who had used them for their new kitchen. The people in the showroom were very helpful and not in the least bit pushy. Alix the designer came out to our house to measure up and find out what we wanted. She really listened and came up with a stunning design. Tim the fitter was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, Craig the plasterer and Dean and Bradley the electricians were also spot on and really helpful. A big thank you to Andy the installation manager who sorted out a couple of little snags for us and was so helpful.
Our kitchen is quite large and was totally ripped out, almost totally re plastered, re wired and a new floor, all done with a minimum of fuss.
We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Rossendale Interiors.

We picked Rossendale Interiors following excellent reviews from some good friends. From the design by Joanne Kitchen and site works carried out by their expert fitter (who project managed the site works), plasterer, plumber, flooring and electrical technicians, the experience was smooth and efficient, with no need to worry about any problems that arose during the works.
We would recommend Rossendale Interiors anytime for designing and carrying out this sort of work within the kitchen, bedroom etc., as they have years of experience, provide an excellent service and carry it out with a smile. The finish of the kitchen cabinets, cupboards, hardware and overall works is excellent. Our kitchen is only very small compared to most but it now looks a million dollars and twice the size. Joanne finally inspected the kitchen on it's completion with us to confirm that everything was as expected and that we were happy with the final outcome. Joanne is now looking at a redesign of one of our bedrooms....and we are looking forward to it.

Thank you to the fabulous team of people at Rossendale Interiors who did a wonderful job of preparing and installing our new kitchen,from Sophie and Erin two lovely young women with a lot of patience to Craig and his Dad who did a brilliant job plastering the entire kitchen on a very hot day,Jamie came next to install the kitchen and did a superb job,a lovely,friendly and hard working man,then Andy came to fit the new floor another hard worker and a friendly chap.The whole job is first class I would recommend Rossendale Interiors to anyone without a shadow of doubt,very professional conscientious,hard working and a great team, nothing was to much trouble for them.

After visiting several other companies about a new kitchen, Rossendale Interiors made us very welcome and didn't sneer at our budget or wants. They have a large selection on show at their showroom. I fell in love with an Elizabethan Red kitchen they had on show. We booked a design visit to happen within the week.

Our design visit was done by the amazing Suzy, who came and looked at the space and listened attentively to our wants and needs. Following this we went to the shop where Suzy, designed away a brilliant design quickly, advising us on the best possible solutions to our ideas. She also advised us to go and have a think about the design before committing which was the best advice as it gave us time to think of the design and make a few tweaks to suit our needs better.

Once decided Suzy order everything and helped us organise electrician, plumber and plasterer to help us prepare the space before the new kitchen was put in.

Keith the kitchen fitter is an artisan, taking Suzy's brilliant design and bettering it, providing extra storage, covering pipework and coming back to make small changes.

Overall, I would use Rossendale Interiors again in an instant, and I've recommended them to all my friends and family at every possible moment.

Needed a new bathroom for ages, why did I wait so long because Rossendale Interiors were amazing, from Joanne planning it and going out of her way to help me choose everything, to Mick fitting it, lovely man, it was a pleasure to have him working in my home, everything went like clockwork, I now have a stunning new bathroom, so happy, thank you.

Excellent service from initial consultation, planning, to completion snd final inspection. The team of professional tradesmen worked in unison throughout. It was s very good experience throughout which I highy recommend.

After a few weeks of researching, I approached Rossendale Interiors and was introduced to Joanne who listened to what type of kitchen was required before coming up with different ideas and recommendations before the final design. A great team provided an exceptional experience. Special thanks to Darren (fitter), Jack (plasterer), Peter (plumber), Harry, Dean (electrician) and Andy (flooring). The installation of our kitchen was completed today after detailed planning with Alix which started earlier this year. Alix was really helpful in putting forward suggestions of different designs and colours until the final design was arrived at. Rossendale Interiors suggested we use the fitters they recommended which turned out to be excellent advice. Jonathan Fry ripped out the old kitchen and fitted the new one and his attention to detail was great. The electrical work was carried out smoothly by Dean and his colleague and Craig finished off with seamless plastering. All in all a great job. The company also supplied bedroom furniture last year which has had lots of compliments and this was also fitted by Jonathan.

Excellent fitting, design and quality. Couldn’t be happier. They bent over backwards to accommodate our last minute changes and were always pleasant and polite. Only dropped one star because of a few bumps along the way, some of which were out of their control. Nevertheless they came up with solutions and rectified problems immediately. We went local so problems could be addressed and they did without hesitation. I would use them again.

Rossendale Interiors are an excellent company. My neighbour had some bedroom furniture fitted and she couldn't recommend them enough. So glad i took her advice.
What a great team I had when I very recently had new wardrobes fitted.
Suzanne was excellent. She certainly knows her job and was very helpful all the way through- so thank you Suzanne. Once the job was completed I received a visit from her along with some beautiful flowers.

Keith the joiner was amazing. He worked so hard and the end result was stunning.
Dean and Bradley the electricians were excellent.
Chris the plasterer did a great job where some plastering needed doing around plug points and where some old wall lights had been taken out.

Everyone of them did a lovely job and they are all so polite and helpful. Such great team work and customer service.

From start to finish the whole process of my new kitchen, from design through to full implementation was seamless.Each person involved was great at communicating, punctual and respected my home,I couldn't have asked for better service.Suzie did a great job of helping me choose, Jonathan and partner worked tirelessly to make sure the kitchen was fitted perfectly, Peter the plumber ensured all appliances plumbed in correctly Chris, Dean and Andy finishing the job,plastering, electrics and flooring and tiling. We have just had new wardrobes fitted by Rossendale Interiors. They are absolutely stunning. A big thank-you to Suzanne for the design and helping us to choose the fittings and to Keith for the fitting who worked so hard and did an absolutely beautiful fit. Nothing was too much trouble throughout the whole process. Suzanne even came to check everything was ok once completed. We are delighted with our wardrobes and would definitely recommend this company.

This is our 3rd kitchen designed by Joanne and as always, we couldn’t be happier! Nothing is too much trouble and she has so much patience, she really is the Queen of all things kitchen!! As for the guys she supplied us, they’ve been absolutely unreal. Special mention to Jonathan, I keep saying he was the kitchen fitter we never knew we needed! He has gone over and above board for us throughout the whole process and we couldn’t be more grateful.
