DO NOT USE:
Valuable items are returned damaged or missing parts. No defence beyond simple denial. Even in the face of near irrefutable evidence they would not countenance the clear probability they were at fault. Please DO NOT RISK leaving anything you value with these people. The operation has more than a whiff of fly-boy charlatanism. Chancers and opportunists with not one shred of obvious industry experience. DO NOT USE.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service! I popped in on my way to work and by lunchtime they had sourced my perfect strap from a different branch (they had lots of gorgeous stock but I am particular), fit it beautifully, and had it ready for me to collect. Excellent communication and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I have written a review in the past (months ago)
Ross watch repair damaged my Ebel sport watch and took no responsibility.
When I complained that the watch was not properly sealed after a battery replacement they took no responsibility and told me that my watch is vintage and never had been waterproofed( obviously only in my imagination for over 40 years)I have taken it to a different repair centre and my watch is repaired from the damage and waterproofed again. Now after 6 months they put a reply under my complaint to say bla bla bla and offer me a 20% discount on future service. The repair to the damage they caused did cost me few hundred pounds.
Please do not use them if you have a watch which is of sentimental value to you. They do not care and they will not communicate with you when things go wrong as they have no customer service. Just a few guys running this business with no sense of professionalism.
Can’t thank these guys enough!
Can’t thank these guys enough! Simple bracelet clasp fix for them meant that I can wear my watch of almost 30 years again! Travelled from Surrey to the store at the Shard because no one could fix my watch around where I live. Communication was perfect and the cost means I wouldn’t recommend or use anyone else other than Ross Watch Repairs! Thanks so much!

Really good customer service I took my watch in and I had the battery changed within an hour really professional service and they did a great job with the polishing I highly recommend
Great service
Great service. My husband needed a new battery for his Skagen watch and the unusual strap (or rather an unusual connection to the watch body - two tiny screws through two little holes in the strap that had split open) also required replacement. They checked and discovered that the design and thus the design of the strap, had been discontinued. We have never seen that strap with its odd fitting on any other watch so thought the whole thing was useless. However, the friendly chap at Ross watch repairs Cabot Place, Canary Wharf, was able to repair it (cutting a slice off the end of the strap and forming two new holes) and only charged for the replacement battery. Fortunately the strap was long enough to take the reduction so still fitted. Forgive the lengthy review but given that a replacement strap, had it been available, would have cost £69.95, a five star review with just a few words of thanks would have been inadequate.
