The team at R.O Surfaces listened to what we wanted from our new kitchen and asked helpful questions. They also provided honest advice about what would and wouldn't work with different options we were looking at for the draining board. There was a great selection of material on site and we had plenty of time to make our decision. The installation process was very straightforward and the finished kitchen is beautiful.

Professional staff who understand their products and offered helpful and infromative advice. Accomdating and flexible when sequencing of other trades didnt work out. Fitting was efficient and operatives were polite and professional

Absolutely excellent service. Within a short timeframe we picked, templated and fitted my new dressing table. It's absolutely stunning and the attention to detail is second to none. I couldn't recommend more. Looking forward to utilising them again for further projects in my house.

From our first visit to the showroom via calls, correspondence, templating and finally fitting our lovely new quartz surfaces, we had the best possible service. Each member of the skilled and professional team was friendly, helpful and efficient and we could not be happier with the final result in our new kitchen. Highly recommended.

The measurer came out promptly at the agreed time & was very efficient.
I was informed of when the fitters would come to fit the worktops & again, they arrived at the agreed time.
The fitters were very professional & kept me informed of what they were doing and why they were doing it.
They were courteous & very tidy, cleaning up to a high standard once they had finished.
They have made an excellent job of fitting my worktops & I have no hesitation in recommending RO Surfaces for your kitchen worktop requirements.

Excellent timely consultation. Opportunity to stop and think whilst patient and experienced, sensible advice on hand from Adele. Outstanding craftmanship. We actually had a piece of marble broken whilst in our care as the bathroom progressed. The repair by RO was incredibly impressive. All the staff are fabulous. Recommend without hesitation.

Experience with RO from start to finish was superb. From entering the show room, help choosing the surface we wanted was brilliant and Adele was friendly and could answer all our questions, offer advice and gave us space to browse ourselves. Buying a worktop is not something you do every day so the guidance was appreciated.

The team were fantastic as helping us to co-ordinate the fitting, even though we needed to change the dates (due to an issue at our end).

The team who came out to fit the quartz were professional and the finish is brilliant. It's great to be able to support a local , independent firm and I would highly recommend them!

Had a chip in my worktop. Ernie came out to repair it and it looks fab. Brilliant service would highly recommend.

Absolutely outstanding throughout from supply and fitting we got ours fitted on the 20th December the day they were breaking up for Christmas holidays and Adele promised us we would have a fully working kitchen for Christmas and Dave certainly delivered
The full team left our house at 7pm on that night and made sure we had a fully fitted kitchen as promised
