Very effective at finding a new tenant
My existing agent increased their fees and only ever found a tenant for the minimum period, so I thought I'd try Rouds. So far, I have been very impressed. They found a new tenant very quickly and the tenant moved in about a fortnight after the previous one left - which was excellent. I can't comment on anything else yet but to find a new tenant so quickly was brilliant!
