I ordered a pair of tyres 2 weeks before my MOT was due, the company claimed that the courier had lost them but eventually I did receive my order.
My advise is that whilst the price is good be very careful with regards to delivery times.
There are a.number of similar comments on Ebay which I had not noted before placing an order
I believe the courier is the problem here, on a separate occasion this courier stopped at a neighbours asking for advise and my neighbour was flabbergasted when the courier turned in the opposite direction and disappeared!

I have used RoundTrip Tyres on a few occasions now and every time they exceed my expectations. Their web site is so easy to follow and simple to place an order. From placing my order to them being delivered takes no more than 3-4 days. Their prices are what suits my wallet and won't empty it, that's all I ask and delivered. The tyres I chose for my Ford Focus 1.5Tdi were the Nexen N'Fera SU4's, they are an excellent tyre and up to now they have served me well. They are approaching the minimum tread depth and have I have got close on 30,000 miles from them. For anyone looking to buy their next set of tyres I highly recommend RoundTrip Tyres!

Quick response to questions and good price for tyres from Roundtrip.

The only reason for 4 stars is that the courier company (DPD) used by Roundtrip managed to deliver my tyres to a random address. Took two extra days for DPD to get the tyres to me. Unfortunately not the first time DPD have messed up!

I would recommend Roundtrip tyres, just hope they change the courier company they use.

Quick delivery great price what more could I ask for

Good first experience with this company - went with them as their pricing was competitive and delivery, free.

Had to contact their customer service as half of my order was mis-routed by the courier (not RoundTrip's fault!) - got a reply in 15 minutes with tracking info and those tyres arrived a day later.

We required tyres for a vintage car. They were able to supply promptly and very good price.

Order went through fine. Price was good for the the tyre I ordered. As it happens I live near their installation centre (Basingstoke) but no opportunity to ask them to fit them in the order process?
Communications are pretty terrible. Sent emails in as this appears to be the only way to reach them. No response at all. No telephone number to call and enquire. FB and social media no use. Tyres took longer than 3-5 days but did arrive via DPD. No tracking or shipping instructions came through at all so they just turned up. If there had been a shipment problem I have concerns that it would be a swine to sort out. Not good if you need the tyres now.
