RoundTrip Tyres 

Good company when I used them, but they sent me 3 tyres instead of 2.
I returned the 3rd only for them to send me an email a few days later informing me of this and asking for a return or purchase.
All cleared up fine however.

2 tires ordered on November 21 never arrived. After several e-mails, I managed to get a refund which I was supposed to receive after 7 days. After 7 days, there was still no refund. The matter was resolved by Revolut, 20 minutes and the money was in my account.

Ordered 6 tyres , never got an order number, no communication at all, then got an email saying they had gone into liquidation and no reply email. They have another company called round trip tyres in Harrogate. They are still taking orders.
Do not order from this company.

BEWARE

Bad company, ordered on the 20th November emailed on the 24th to see if they had sent order as no correspondence, I then requested a refund 7 days ago and still nothing I have now gone through bank to get my money back. Do no order from this awful company

SCAM

ordered a tyre no response and still not received, had to report to my bank that it’s a scam!!!

I'm putting this here to document my experience so far dealing with the owner (whose name is publicly-available information via the companies house website) and/or his team at Round Trip Tyres:

Nov 26th: Tyres Ordered, delivery within 1-4 business days quoted, which is one of the reasons I ordered from him as this timeframe suited me well.

Nov 30th: 4 business days later and no delivery or even communication received.

Dec 4th (today): I have written to the email provided asking for confirmation as to whether the owner / team can actually supply the items I've ordered or not - there is no telephone number given or available to find - I am starting to understand why.

I have now cancelled the order due to breach of contract and put a hold on the amount (£297) via American Express. It's a real shame as I found his website via the excellent Tyre Reviews website.

Ordered 2 tyres on 22 November 2023. No tracking email yet. Sent 3 emails to customersupport at roundtriptyres.co.uk asking about order. No reply yet as of today.

They have a review link on their website. All positive. Do not trust it.

My bad I have not checked this Company on TrustPilot so would avoid it at all cost.

Ordered 2x Toyo tyres 2 weeks and 3 days ago, payment was taken straight away and they said 3-4 working days for delivery. After just over a week with no email to confirm dispatch of tyres I emailed them to ask what was going on I was told there was a problem with supplier so I asked for a refund 7 days later and another email asking where my refund was I finally got my money back.

Please don't waste your time ordering from these just pay a few quid more and order from a company you know you will receive what you are paying for, that £10-15 you think you might save isn't worth the hassle.

I ordered 4 tyres in the evening on the 23rd November, waited 3 working days and asked for an update. No response to my email.
Advertisement states despatch/ delivery 1-4 days and they say they respond to emails in up to 2 days. Nothing!!!
If you read the 6 reviews before mine all are negative. NOW IN RECEIVERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE

On the 17/11 I purchased 4 tyres, estimated delivery 1-3 working days. On Tuesday there was no update on delivery or on order so I emailed to ask when I am going to receive my tyres. Didn’t get any response for nearly 2 days. In the end there was in my opinion automated email to say I have two options to wait on my order or to request a refund. I have requested a refund 3 times over the last week. No response, no money, no tyres. No phone available to call either, only emails that no one responds to. Now I have to contact my bank and report the scam.
DO NOT BUY! SCAM! Waite of time…must be reported to authorities!

Ordered off them several times in the past with no issues but they have gone vastly down hill.

Order a pirelli tyres on 6th November. Payment taken straight away. As of today, November 22nd.... still no despatch of tyres.

They have no contact number and havent responded to emails or web messages for several days, including my request for refund.

Will never use again.

May have to raise a chargeback if refund not received in coming days.

In response to Roundtrips response; further messages were sent on their web messaging system on November 17, 20 and 21 wothout reply.

Ordered and paid for 4 tyres.....no order acknowledgement for a few days...used online link to customer services to ask what was going on, again no response so emailed and eventually they said they didn't have tyres so could wait indefinitely or get a refund....had to wait a total of 10 days to get my money back.
Don't waste peoples time and take their money when you don't have the tyres......total 💯 waste of my time.

Ps they don't have a phone number to call them either

Found X3 tyres at a much better price than anything via dealers and had them delivered and fitted locally, was simple and did what it said on the tin. Will use again.

Brilliant communication , they handled my enquiry really well.

Bought some good priced Pirelli’s they are great for the money , down side was they arrived and were already 3 years old !

I purchased some tyres recently and the whole experience was really smooth. Excellent customer service and competitive price. Will definitely be ordering from RoundTrip Tyres again.

Jokers... Their tagline is 'going the extra mile'. Yes indeed - took them 10 days to deliver 2 tyres from East London to South London!
When chasing, first Im told the order was cancelled and Ill get a refund.
Then they say delivery was attempted but no delivery notification or attempted delivery card was received.
And when the tyres finally arrive and I raise a complaint about the time it took, it's a 1 line reply simply stating that the tyres have been delivered, like it's a job well done.
No acknowledgement of failings or an apology for inconvenience, hence the deserved review for a terrible service.

Very unprofessional and disorganised company, advertised tyres on their website that they don't even have in stock, company waited their advertised dispatch time 1-4 days to let me know thanks they have issued a refund.
