I had an issue with a package that I had and it was real easy to go on to the app and go through and process a claim to get it refunded and the person I talked to was very wonderful and was very easy and got it done quickly

Route made a stolen/lost item super easy to file a claim and get reimbursed quickly. Communication was excellent and am super glad I selected the Route option when I placed my order which I always do anyway.
